Just watching Arsenal v Citeh, fuck me Im shitting it thinking about facing Harland, Doku and Gyokeres et al. It’s gonna be a massive gap, but we need to embrace the whole season and enjoy ourselves no matter happens.
I say we re sign Fadz to go up against Haaland.
(If we go up. I’m not saying we will).

I just realised that Spurs might go down and we still won’t have an accurate Sky Blue Song even after all this time. Sort of want them to stay up just for that, but not enough to outweigh seeing them go down.

When we're up id love the Villa at home first game, set up legends day for that first game so all the ex players can finally watch us back in the Premier League.

First game will be against Chelsea. Sky will want it so they can do a big thing about Lampard

What makes you say that?

Some games from years ago fade into nothing, some stay with you for ever. This game is one of the latter.

It was a throw away comment based around you saying you 'remembered the game clearly', when Huckerby didn't score a hat trick, and Mick Mills would have been over 50 by the time of the game, and never actually played for us. You undoubtedly meant Lee Mills of course, who doubled up as a car park when he wasn't playing football.

But it was the away game that I thought he did that in (he scored one), and the home game I said that I remembered.

I also mentioned this on the song thread yesterday 😂😂😂 I’m having the same mental gymnastics as you

Yeah. Remember that one clearly.

They did us 4-2 in the return, which was when Huckerby scored his hat-trick. Mick Mills may have got ours.
Lee Mills scored both of ours in that, i remember listening to it on the radio. I don't think Huckerby got a hattrick, i seem to recall Shaun Wright-Phillips scoring a couple. I was at the home 4-3, that was a classic.

Yeah, memory faulty for the away one!

I was correct about Mills (even if I couldn't remember his proper name).

I was at both; the away game we were never in it really, our second was right at the end. Home game was a genuine classic.
