Excellent news Key and McCallum keep jobs, the better bit is they are bringing in Troy Cooley and a fielding coach.
They don't help themselves do they
Sacking head coach Brendon McCullum after England's Ashes debacle would have been the "easy thing to do", according to England and Wales Cricket Board chief executive Richard Gould.

What do thy need selectors for that pick th same players all the time.
One thing that has emerged from the various messes is that there is next to no communication between England management/coaching and the counties. Not how are players playing, what they need to be doing to be considered for selection - obviously runs & wickets don't seem to factor into the current England thinking.

Bairstow criticises level of care shown by England regime - Jonny Bairstow criticises "care" shown by England regime under Brendon McCullum and Rob Key

Another player has had his say
Its crazy there's been zero changes.

You've basically got all the pundits, which include some very knowledgeable and hugely experienced players all saying the same. You've got former players all saying the same. You've got people in leading positions with counties saying the same and that they have zero contact with anyone from the England camp.

The supporters can all see it and have had enough.

If its not changing now then its basically not changing until the three of them decide they've had enough.
