I've never watched s many other championship games as I have this season. I'm so invested in whoever Boro, Ipswich and Millwall are playing this must be like being Scottish during the World Cup.

Same here. I’m not normally that bothered about watching other teams play but my goodness I’ve seen a few in recent months.

I’m keenly anticipating the Ipswich v Millwall game and I’m almost as full of nervous excitement about that one as I am about our own. Perhaps that not surprising, as it has almost as much bearing on our fortunes as our own match.

Yep the bizarre nature of an equaliser for us in the saints game not being as valuable as Boro letting in an equaliser

It’s even tougher at the bottom, as sadly we know all too well! 🙁

Thank goodness those days are behind us 😊

Yes but I was thinking more in terms of our overall position in football.

Not so long ago when we were homeless, facing possible extinction or even dropping out of the Football League, I would have given my right arm to be in the Championship and owning our own ground.

If we are relegated next season - which is reasonably likely but not certain - we will be one of those parachute teams that we have so long envied 😊

Happy for an Ipswich win today Millwall aren't making up 10 points on us with 7 to play. Then Ipswich play Boro and one if not both drop points in that game

Look at Millwall's run of games after they play Ipswich and yourselves, it's pretty darn good. Hoping for them to beat Ipswich is a big case of buyer beware I think.
My preference would be for Millwall to beat both Ipswich and Middlesborough. Ipswich and Middlesborough still have to play each other. With the advantage we already have it wouldn't take too much more for it to become a 3 or even 2 team race.

Millwall also have games to play against those in the relegation battle. These teams have been picking up wins recently. I'd also prefer to have Millwall being the main challenging side than the other 2.

IMO We don't need any favours I think we will do it ourselves.I would sooner Boro come up with us automatically would prefer Millwall do it in the playoffs anyone bar Ipswich and Wrexham.
Enjoy the ride
We shouldn't need any favours, especially as we have a near point a game advantage and our 3 closest rivals still have to play each other.

First of all the aim is to reach the promotion threshold. Then we can start looking who would go up with us or what we have to do to be champions. Not too bothered who is the closest chasing side until then as long as they don't get too close.

What I would really love would be promotion clinched, but also a 4 point advantage going into the Wrexham game. We'd show Hollywood how it's done.

Regardless lads, whoever gets promoted, unless Blues pluck their ideas up and get the playoffs, we will be the biggest club to get promoted. No need to be intimidated

Oh god free to air, ITV bigging up the Ipswich game .
It’s on Sky as well. I’ll watch it there.

ITV football has been on the slide since Saint & Greavsie went

Fairly sure Ipswich will cheat their way to 3 points here.
