Shame no one told the Preston fans there was a game tonight. No one there ffs
I don't know if you've ever met a Preston fan, but despite having not played in the top flight for numerous generations now, they still, on account of their history, see themselves as being entitled to be up there

Stoke corner, no-one on the back post, but because the player who should have been there was being assaulted by a Preston Neanderthal.

Don't lots of other clubs' fans assume that "Singer's Corner" is named as a sort of approved area for that purpose, not knowing the historical reference?

I mean let’s be honest here an ill never admit this outside these virtual walls, but that’s a backwards rationalisation and it’s named after the company because it’s where the people who sing were. It was just nice that it was also a historical reference. Like Jimmys Hill was named that at Northampton because it was a hill.

It's a nod to history and no more.

Singers' corner (aka naughty corner to some) happened organically though didn't it?

They would be mad to get rid. They've progressed from last season, they'll probably progress again next season with him.
Not that I really give a fuck, hopefully we will have bigger fish to fry next season.

not sure why people buddy up to the smug pricks

were they 2nd when we played them at their ground? probably going to end up 3rd

Yes they were 2nd before hellberg came in. And are…wait for it……Still 2nd by the skin of their teeth.

Saw somebody online today describe hellberg as a genius 😂

I think they finish in the playoffs and to be honest think it would be hilarious to see them fall at the first hurdle again. I really don’t understand this love in online between us and them just because we’ve beat them for the last few years.

The delusion when we drew 0-0 at our play in the semis and they all thought it was game over in the 2nd leg.

Think Hellberg said they have asked for the views of a few specialists. Sounds to me like they didn't like the initial prognosis.
1st guy: "imo it could be up to 3 weeks, possibly longer" we need a second opinion.

2nd guy: " ideally he rests fully for 2 weeks with a possible slow training regime for his first week back" yeeahh, I think we're gonna get a 3rd opinion.

Two weeks everybody
