Any of the down under crew watch AFL?

I got into it living in Melbourne. Unfortunately my friends dragged me to a St Kilda game and that's who I'm stuck with.

Lions look strong to do it again.

Was channel hopping on Sunday and saw some on BT Sports. Have no idea what is going on but looks mental stuff.

It looks like the field they use is the same size as a cricket pitch and the linesmen take throw ins while their backs are turned!

Got really into it as a kid when I visited family in Adelaide in the late 90s. Watched a couple of local amateur games and it really is brutal stuff when you're up close.
I still have a passing interest in how the Crows are getting on.
The set ups a bit odd if you're used to English football.
Adelaide basically won the league last season and then lost in the play offs twice.

Will be taking a few games in to see if I can appreciate it.

When we arrived in Adelaide the season was just coming to a close.

I watched the grand final but it was a bit of a walk over in the end so not the most engaging game.

The Crows are fancied to be decent again in these parts.

Not sure who I'm going to "go for" yet.

More inclined to support Port Adelaide as they seem to be the underdog and a good City supporting friend of mine over here is a big Port fan.

I never took to Port so would definitely go Crows if I was in Adelaide. I quite like their kit too.

Adeleide Oval is a great place to watch it, especially in a warm SA evening.

You're right the grand final was a bit of a bore. I watched it in a street party in Surrey Hills, Sydney and people started drifting away way before the end.
