How much money can we expect for being champions ? (1 Viewer)

I think the TV revenue is around £110m for the last placed team. You'll then have increased gate receipt revenue and likely bigger sponsorship deals. I'd estimate between £125-150m max.

If we got relegated straight away, we'd likely receive about £45-50m as a 1st year parachute payment.

Actual prize money for winning the Championship is around £11 million plus a few other bits and bobs.
Got to take tv appearance money into account on top of that.

So for every time we're on Sky we get extra money?

If we got up it’s around £200m.

One example is a front of shirt sponsor can go from £500k in Champ to £10m in Prem. The global reach is mad of the Premiership and Doug’s phone will be red hot.
we'll have a betting company as a sponsor 100%

Hope not. I don't think Doug King is keen on them for a start.

I don't believe there is any actual prize money for winning the championship, all championship clubs get £11m a year How much prize money in championship but there is no extra money for finishing in any given position in the league, other than the money earned from appearing in the play offs.
