@Ipad Boro I knew you said you were early 00's Arsenal, but I didnt expect you to go the full hog emulating them and lose to Charlton!

Great performance that. Could have easily been 5 or 6. Onyeka excellent, Markelo I wasn’t familiar with your crossing game some outstanding balls in. God that must have been depressing to come all the way from Preston to watch.

Won the league tonight with the Boro and Ipswich results.

Very easy win. Hardly broke a sweat. Should have plenty of gas in the tank for Southampton on Saturday. Think we’ll win that as well.

A game with no jeopardy at all. Very professional, never dropped the levels to give them a sniff. Bits of luck with all the goals, but total dominance.

Onyeka excellent when on, Grimes also excellent. Great cameo from Markelo; some excellent crosses in there, and should have had an assist.

workmanlike performance, good to see we've well and truly put the Preston curse to bed, although its not likely something we need to worry about next season

I think he's left footed. One for the old gits: isn't it lovely to see a winger playing on the same side as his best foot?

They’re the only other team not to lose in the last six an we’ve never won seven in a row in our history. Put your house on a draw IMO.

We eased through at a canter, reserving energy, not risking injuries and giving minutes to the squad. Completely saved Wright for Saturday. This was a masterclass of a team structure in control of what it's doing. Individually, Asante got minutes again if not too effective. Saka and EMC rested late on. Esse given minutes but I would say he's not in the same headspace as the rest of the players. Markelo looks a prospect with his cameo, particularly his movement was very good. Onyeka saved for saturday - him and Grimes are excellent. Milan saved for saturday. Big shout out to Wolfy...he has took ownership of that spot for me. Starting to look very good. Thamas and him would be a great pairing. Simms derseve a goal but he got 90 minutes which is good. Torp looks quality and his shooting in and around the box just can't be ignored.
Overall routine, and what a night its been with other results. I reckon 4 more wins and a draw will be enough.

When we were in that bad run over Xmas, l wondered (hoped) whether we’d just let the chasing pack catch us up and then we’d put the pedal to the floor and accelerate away again. Never thought it would happen but my hopes are coming true!
