You should set up a live version of these to run alongside the match threads.

We'll need about another 10 poll options to cover all the mood stations, but it would be entertaining to watch.

If I was wearing one of the them during the match, I'm sure my lad would be calling St John's Ambulance over late in the game

Obviously it’s going to feel more and more stressful the closer we get to the end, but surely we HAVE to enjoy it. Not being dramatic but we’re not going to have a season like this (top of the league for pretty much the whole season) again for a lifetime. I’ve been watching the City for over 40 years and we’ve never had success like this in a competitive league. Next season, If we’re in the Prem I doubt we’d be battling for the title! And in the Championship it’s incredibly hard to do what we’ve done. Enjoy it peeps!

It comes and goes in waves. Thought it was all in the bag on Saturday and starting to relax. Now terrified that we are going to finish 3rd even though it’s all in our hands and we are playing well.

Enjoy it. If we go up we will get battered quite often next season, have to put up with VAR etc. If we don’t go up we have a team of bottlers and a good 4 or 5 will move on as a minimum to allow us to rebuild again. I’m very relaxed about it other than the 90 min of each game when I get the normal ecstasy and agony.

Fans are so desperate to get to the premier league they forget to enjoy the journey. We have been a very good championship side for at least 4 years now. Stadium (that we own) is full every week and the city is full of sky blue tops. This seemed a fever dream 10 or so years ago.

Think that's the reason why though.

Promotion would mean so much more to us than our competition - Ipswich and Boro have both been there recently, and neither have experienced the lows we have (administration, L2, groundshares etc) or had the extreme near misses of recent seasons.

But we might blow it, and that fear is over riding, no matter how strong aposition we're in.

I’m finding it really difficult. If I can get to a game, I’m not so bad, I think being with like minded Coventrians eases the stress. But because I can’t get tickets to games, I’m watching on the tv and that is absolute hell. I’m kicking every ball and shouting at the tv, every time we lose the ball, make a misplaced pass….. it’s a couple of hours of hell! Funnily enough, I have a friend who’s a Blackburn fan, and he can no longer watch games on the tv. And when they’re playing he can’t bring himself to get the score in real time, he has to wait till he knows the game is over before peeking at the result. I’m not far off that myself - pathetic I know. I didn’t feel lie this in 1967, but my 12 year old self had the supreme confidence of youth…..

Loved it for the first 4 months. Lots of angst in December and January when we stuttered but they’re a joy to watch again now. It definitely helps to be there, watching on TV can be harder, I find I can be more critical watching on the box as you can see the options for the players better but at the game you get a more realistic perspective of the pace of the game.

I feel really zen about the whole thing to be honest.

Never expected us to be in this position thought we could maybe push for 4th so the rest of the season is kind of a bonus round.

I remember like many others on here watching us lose games to village teams in League 2 while stood in a freezing cold and empty stadium. At the time I genuinely thought we would go non league and be having our local derby with nuneaton.

Worst case we don't go up and I get to watch us play in the best and most entertaining league in England for another year. Best case we go up as champions and have a season I'll remember for the rest of my life with joy and happiness.

honestly? watching cov you scroll through the whole set of options at least once every 5 minutes.

you should have included a "loving it, but i seriously might have a heart attack" option.

It's so stressful.

It's made me realise that it's not my favourite thing. I think I'd most enjoy something like a Conference league campaign where you just get to dick around Europe and it doesn't really matter.
