I do think the handball rules are an ass. Accidental should hold much more prominence than it does.

The Targett one was unfortunate because there was no deliberate intent, but as the law stands, it's handball all day long. His arms were well away from his body.

It needs looking at by the governing bodies further for sure.
But if the ball hadn't gone out of play after hitting his hand it might have ended as a goal for us. There has to be a set of defining rules as to what constitutes a foul, and there was no legitimate reason as far as I can see why Targett's arm was raised like that, he wasn't jumping, he was attempting to stop a cross into the box, deliberate or not it was a foul.
Sorry about the picture quality, if you look on Sky Sports, 3 minutes 45 you get a better view, he's even looking at the ball as it hits his hand.

Hull just 3 points off Boro and have a game in hand. Transfer embargo and having designs on autos. Mental.

No, it would be shit.😝

The you bit I can live with, you've been top for a huge part of the season and are a good side in every metric.

The other occupant, not so much.
You must admit other than failing to make the top 2 it would be funny considering they were amongst the favourites to get relegated considering the restrictions they are under.

Welcome to the Championship. The most open division in the world and no game is a given.

I get that, the Champioship equivalent of Leicester winning the Prem in that regard.

But it would still be shit.😛

Updated Breadth Chart G/A

Wright 15/1
Thomas-Asante 10/4
Simms 10/2
EMC 7/5
Torp 7/4
Rudoni 5/5
Sakamoto 4/3
Eccles 4/0 ...not many but they were big goals
van Ewijk/Da Silva/Kitching/Thomas/Rushworth 4/14 between them which is nuts
