Sources suggest Charles is less than keen on him, as is William, so finally the truth is catching up with the piece of shit.
Just distancing themselves would be my take, got to think of the family firm

Important as it shows nobody is above the law. Heard some ex police comments on him yesterday and he just sounded like a horrible, entitled prick

I've heard a couple of stories of what a complete piece of shit he was over the years he was to some of his close protection team, and how abusive he was. Finally its all catching up with him.

Even before all this come out pre that Newsnight interview, he had a reputation amongst people who had worked in and around the Royal Family of being the most difficult of the lot to work with/for

if he's guilty then consecutive govts have covered it up. Security services/personal protection etc ultimately report to the Govt.

That is spot on, having worked in an environment not dissimilar, the pressure from above is suffocating, and speaking out could make your life a misery and leave your career in tatters.

Glad to see everyone has made their minds up he's not only guilty, but also of crimes he's not been arrested for (nonce, paedo) and should be 'rotting in jail'. Mostly by those who usually say wait for the facts (if it's on immigration).

He's certainly a bit of a wanker, but do we know if he's actually done anything illegal yet? Immoral 100%, illegal, let's wait and see. Not a hill I'm willing to die on so I won't row with those of you who inevitably quote this back to me, but the contradictions in approach are wild.

I've said it before and will say it again: you don't agree to pay an 8 figure sum of money to settle a case where you're innocent of wrongdoing.

I doubt he paid it

It’s hard to believe he’d have been arrested if he was mum was still alive.

The irony for those who’d want a republic and not a monarchy is if this was the US he’d be pardoned by his brother as Biden did with his son

There are plenty of republics in the world other than America. Any elected official using their power to pardon someone convicted of his alleged wider crimes would be out of office pretty quickly.

Well Burlosconi and Sarkosy have both been found guilty of crimes. They ended up escaping any prison sentence at all

Both should have been in prison, IMO, but as far as a I am aware, SB avoided prison due to his age/law. Let's face it though, there's also very little chance of Andrew actually serving time being punished for his wider alleged crimes.

His mum did.

Its pretty obvious the narrative then was to avoid scandal - regardless of any guilt

Its ironic that I think he is far more likely now to be found guilty and disowned than in any other institution

Do you think there’s a possibility that he and Megan had a dalliance ?

He gave possibly the most self-incriminating interview of all time. If you don't think he's guilty of anything...well, you're just up to being a contrarian as usual.
