Well we've had players come in, do a peach of a cross first game then never do anything again.

Hopefully he'll be the opposite.

He was clearly given a job to do and it wasn’t to go all out attack but to hold his position and press on the left side.

Interestingly he has played the majority of his career on the right wing, so was odd to put him on the left. I thought Frank might have left Esse on the left and Noah on the right.

Don't be a dick! He had a shit cross, probably a bit excited but he looked fine in a very limited cameo, tracked back , cleared a ball into the stand. Don't look for fault all the time it's tedious. Give the lad time

Tough game to start for him as we were without the ball for the most part. But it will do him a world of good, getting his feet on the grass and playing in the stadium. Another week of training with him feeling closer to the squad is another step towards us seeing what he can bring.

Torp who is used to English football came on and really struggled to get in the game and make an impact. You can draw no conclusions from either player‘s performance on the night.

I weren’t expecting much, 2 goal lead with 10m remaining meant we weren’t really going to have much possession or attacking intent. He was a little bit headless in defence but worked hard nonetheless.

Hopefully we’ll see more of him in the coming weeks.
