Reading the Brentford forum, most seem agree they have outgrew him as a club but think he could still do a job for a lower premier league team. Not as good as their other midfielders technically but a real work horse and results seem to be better when he is in the team.
Seems like a George Boateng type by all accounts all action workhorse. Exactly what we need. Just like George did...wasnt he a mid year signing? Vagely recollect.

I think he was, remember him saying he felt like he was Born again on the reception he got after being subbed off on his debut. Shows what we thought of him from the off!...

... untill he signed for Villa

He was an average Championship midfielder. Very good below that.

I remember people saying that they couldn't take another season of Doyle in the late 00s.
The mid to late 00s in the Championship were pretty grim. Perfectly summed up by taking a 2-0 lead away at Derby in something like the 82nd minute and then being lucky not to lose thanks to the bar saving us.

That was the last time I ever included Cov on a football bet. I distinctly remember listening to that on CWR while I was ironing my shirt to go out. Switched it off at 2-0 as couldn't take the tension and turned it back on to find it finished 2-2. I think it was 2004.

I believe so. This place has a few melts but still seriously... This place >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> CCFC Twitter>CCFC Facebook
It's not even close 😂😂

The CCFC Reddit page is decent as well to be fair but a very small community.

The people who post on Facebook are insane especially after a loss

Championship Reddit page is good and pretty balanced, but worrying amount of "crumble memes" in our direction recently

Championship Reddit page is probably one of the best football forums I've been a part of to be fair.

It's genuinely funny and you can have proper discussion with fans of other teams with out them throwing around "TiN pOt" and talking about attendance every time.

The absolute worst by a mile are the EFL Facebook "banter" pages.

Seen somebody in a grpup chat say Rudoni has gone because that "influencer" with the beard has posted it. :ROFLMAO: Sad times.
What he’s posted is clearly AI generated waffle as well. Pretty sure it said Sheaf was one of our midfield options before someone called him out and he edited it.

Yeah, agree. The thing I love most is how everyone gangs up on yank Wrexham fans. Truly great to see the league come together
