What we'll lose because we had 3 of our first choice back 4 unable to start?
No, I just think away games in the evening are tough as that game proved. That said, I wouldn’t say our first pick defence is particularly strong at the moment.

Well you said it would go like the Wrexham away game which we lost mainly because we had MvE, Thomas and JDS not able to start.

We have won as many away games in the evening as we have 'during the day'.

I'll be glad when KKH is fit again because I think MVE has looked tired in some of our recent games, which is hardly surprising given how many minutes he has played.

I'm not suggesting we start with KKH but it would be good if we have the option of substituting MVE around the hour mark if it suits the match situation.

A draw would be a decent result from this one.

We owe them for the most disgusting performance by an away team ever in Coventry.
We should give it back to them.
God I have only just remembered that - Usually I am of the opinion of you get what you deserve in football, but if we had lost that game it would have been an absolute travesty

You could tell from that game alone that Manning wouldn't be there long

Our's and Norwich's form has been remarkably similar over the last 11 game weeks. They have matched us exactly with the exception of GW25 (Jan 1st) which was a draw for us at Charlton whereas they beat QPR.

This has got Draw written all over it.

If BTA's fitness is up to it, and it's a big if, then he replaces Rudoni.

Failing that Rudoni is firmly told to stay more central and support Torp or Eccles more.

Prefer Torp to Eccles but it is not a deal breaker

EMC told to really go for it on the basis that he will be replaced by Yang after 60-70.

Saka to get the nod over Esse as he is better at tracking back to cover MVE but the usual substitution at 70 mins.

Thomas back in

I would suggest having a real go at these straight from the kick off. They have had a couple of good results recently but confidence will still be fragile if we get an early goal.

What we definately cant do is start slow and go defensivley, it will end bad.

We've just won 2 toughish home games on the bounce, addressing the "wheels are off" train of thought. Norwich despite having a recent up turn in form, are still amongst the worst performers at home and have infact lost their last 2 at home without scoring.

It's not a scary fixture, it's a winnable one with our squad reinforced, back to full strength, strikers back to scoring and fitness levels improving. If we can tighten up at the back a tad, the winning runs will return.

We're top of the league, 8 points clear of 3rd. Scored 61 goals and they have a minus 5 goal difference. They should be shitting there selves at the very thought of playing us. . We will win and win easy.
Not a chance this is an easy win. Hope I am wrong..watched them against Wrexham, they were excellent on the break. If we are as open as the last 2 games, we'll need a repeat of Boxing day 1977. 5 v 4

I'm starting to think all remaining fixtures are Scary

They are to us as fans, so desperate for this to all end in glory. Got to think (hope) that the manager, coaches and players are all a bit more level headed and rational about this.
Hopefully the Sargent saga knocks the dressing room a bit.

Our current form.

It's amazing how quickly form can change isn't it.

They can't plan to sit back and play on the break at home, surely? Surely this is our chance to keep a clean sheet, defend solidly, and hit THEM on the break??

This reminds me of when we played Leeds/Burnley at home last year during our great run. In that, during this resurgent run, they've beaten the sides you'd on the main expect them to beat/they're at a similar talent level as. But dropped points against what you could say are tougher opponents. Would be nice to make a statement in a similar way to Leeds/Burnley and pick up a big win.

I'll say 0-2 Cov. BTA and EMC with our goals.
