Taking away the two penalty shouts, I thought the Ref today deserves some credit. He actually let the game flow and if I’m right in thinking he didn’t actually book anyone until the 84th minute.

Not sure that means he's letting it flow.

They should have had a booking for a very late challenge on torp and mve getting hit in the face

That one on wright wasn’t a penalty nick wright should of stayed on his feet but the one on Mason Clark was a definitely a pen surely the linesman if he’s in line see’s that 100% penalty.
He fell onto Wrights leg, it's a penalty.

They both are.

Players faking they are stumbling or falling and it’s accidental and refs falling for it, both definite penalties today from players doing the same, they are impeding the plater by falling on them, accidental or not, it’s a penalty.
The letters from the FA keep stacking up and it genuinely feels like refs don’t want to give them us.

It doesn't matter if it's accidental though if they wipe out the striker when they are about to shoot.

Refs see it, the lino saw it. They are choosing not to give them.

Spot on got most things right and was part of a great game.

Too much navel gazing around refs and decisions. Play to the whistle, play on.

No five minute delays for VAR pondering. A proper football match today.

Apart from 2 penalties, missed bookings etc.

Missing the ball go out of play a couple of times.

Also he gave us very cheap free kicks when they were attacking and Dasilva should have had a red card which would have totally changed the game

Yes but we also got away we a couple things he didn't see.

Consistency doesn't mean every decision is correct. He was consistent with contact doesn't always mean a foul. A foul doesn't always mean a booking

Didn't see it, don't criticize refs in future.

The Rusworth poor throw out to him and he slid in with the other player. The interesting point is where I sit a load of fans were screaming to send the other guy off - “Lino your a Leicester c**t” was a frequent theme.

It could easily have been interpreted the other way.

The biggest joke decision was giving us a foul when Ayeu beat Kitching and it would have been 3 on 1. He fell down as he’d lost position and the ref bought it.

I agree. But most fans watch through emotional eyes. They only see the injustices against them and not what their own team commits or gets away with.

I thought it was a very competitive game today and both sides played their part with skill and resilience of equal measure. Probably the best game of the season so far

I think the ref played his part in allowing the game to flow.

Something that the ref and linos missed today were the constant foul throws from their left back, Thomas. His foot was over the line every time he took a long throw.

Compared to missed penalties it's nothing, but it helps set the tone for poor officiating.

You are allowed to have (part of) feet over the line, as long as part of both feet are on or behind the line.

Not sure u noticed but Lampard went to talk to the 4th official after the Leicester player threw one in and he explained the law to him 🤣🤣 As long as both of the players feet or part of the feet are on or behind the line then the throw is fine.

Havent seen penalty incidents again but from Block 19 i wasnt convinced on either tbf. The fact they are not on any of the highlights on sky or ITV makes me think there not stonewallers .

What red card decision?
He did a mistimed challenge on James and his studs went onto his ankle or shin wiping him out. I have seen reds given for that. James took a while to get up. Near the end. JDS got a yellow. His 5th of the season plus one red now. Don't know how that tots up for suspensions. I know 10 yellows is two matches.

Never a red.
