No one is denying that. His goalscoring record is good. On his day he's the best striker in this division.

He could, and should comfortably win the golden boot this year but he won't because he's having a run of games which we've seen many times before.

He was terrible tonight, as he has been in other games recently. He'll come good though, it's class players like Wright that will get us over the line to the Prem.

Yes I agree he has quality but he is far too streaky.

Lampard’s attitude towards losing games is one everyone can learn from. You take the evening to dust yourself off, analyse the day after then prep the day after that for the next game.

Winners like him can roll with the punches and bounce back.

My issue with simms wasnt solely about goals .. as you are free to go and look back at yourslef

Its clear you can hear frustration in FL but that's down to losing and probably not performing how we can. He also needs help and bringing 3 or 4 in to give him the quality depth he needs is going to be so important.

We miss Thomas at both ends of the pitch and miss BTA energy and ability to be in the right place in the box. We still sit ok and just need to get players back, get rested up and get back to basics.

I don't for one minute think Haji gives a shite about CCFC. I don't have an issue with that, as long as he's professional and does his job.

But he's currently playing for a place in the USA squad for a world cup on home soil in 6 months and he's putting in performances like that?

Its his lack of effort and physicality that's really shocking. If hes giving 100% and its just not falling for him, we would still be behind him.
