Eccles should of been off just before it happened
So you're agreeing the ref was shit?!
Eccles should of been off just before it happened
Hopefully Doug is preparing the statement
It's every single week.
Yes he should! My point is referees interpreted the rules to what they want it to beRushworth would had been sent off for it.
Yes keeper should have been offYes he should! My point is referees interpreted the rules to what they want it to be
Think he lives near me in Ledbury so yes around 60 miles from the CBS so can understandClive took voluntary - I believe they were looking to make some cuts and he put himself forward. He commuted a long way every day and I think he wanted to be closer to home. But he will still be doing bits and pieces hence why he was doing Forest Green.
no falling out or anything like that - just suited his circumstances after all these years.
I would not be surprised if come end of the season we’re celebrating/about to celebrate promotion and he appears on the comms one last time.
The worst thing he did was not to give an extra minute for the substitution. At least five minutes injury time, they make a sub during that and he blows at 5.07 over.I thought he was generally fine tonight. It should have been a booking for the foul on Eccles but otherwise pretty decent.
Agree on both those points. The foul on Eccles was a yellow card all day long and the EMC decision was very poor. I think the ref just assumed Mason-Clark had pulled their player down. How was that foul by Mason Clark at the end ? And how wasn’t that a yellow card tackle on Eccles that crocked him - useless !
The flag went up as soon as Wright put it in.I don’t think the referee was overly amazing, but not the worst. Couple of odd ones though;
KKH seemed to get back into jumping for a header and the ref bafflingly gave it the other way in the first half - perhaps was the worst decision of the night
EMC near the end was actually bordering on dreadful
Not sure on the Eccles one as I honestly can’t remember it
Offside goal I didn’t celebrate and straight away looked at the linesman, as it looked close, who stood in the corner and put his finger to his ear. Way too slow to put up his flag, but presume he asked the referee who played it. On way home so not looked back but no issues bar it taking a tad too long to give
It didn't, I was watching as it happened in the ground. He stood still in the corner without putting up his flag and then made a movement towards his mic to speak to the referee. He put up his flag probably 10/15 seconds after the ball had gone in, definitely not as the ball was put in as claimed. The flag went up as soon as Wright put it in.
Zooming Steven Martin. What clown with a whistle have we got tomorrow?
Bout controlYep can be pleased with his performance today. Only small criticism is he blows his whistle for everything-throw ins/corners to be taken etc. There is really no need.
Yep-probably his way of doing it.Bout control
Automatic indirect free kick and caution for what wright did to make him thoughDid their keeper touch the ball twice in the first half?
Assistant told himThought the way he disallowed Armstrong’s goal without having a fucking clue if it his hand or not was superb.
Luckily, he was correct…I think.
