He clearly is. I've been saying the same thing from a long time before he was prime minister. We've had many relaunches, pledges, missions etc all trying to articulate something. The problem is that Starmer and the other droids surrounding him don't know what that something in aside from saying what they think the electorate wishes to hear at any given moment.
What's he good at? I know he "can chair a meeting, he can draft a minute, he can hold a press conference, he can stay calm in an interview" (as long as the questions are fed to him well in advance).
How does the public benefit from these skills? I can chair a meeting, write a minute, stay calm in an interview, hold a press conference. It doesn't mean I'm a good fit for prime minister.
