I'm sure it will, I just don't know what it does to the playing budget short term.
Might increase it, might not, I've no idea.

I think it’s separate tbh. My working theory is still King wants out in the not too distant future at a profit be it in the PL or as a club with its shit together on the brink.

I agree, said consistently he's not here long term.

Well the amount he needs has risen by approximately £40m since the stadium purchase as he now needs that back. I think if he wanted out he wouldn’t have bought it (not sure it generates cash over renting anyway).

It’s an asset on the books and removes any uncertainty . Make more sense to be if you’re trying to package the club up that if you’re sticking about tbh. As you say I don’t expect to to be massively profitable from the off.

See I disagree with that. The club now is worth a hell of a lot more now than it was before he bought it. Remember the arena is mortgaged so King hasn’t shelled that out.

king has probably been on the hook for 25m maybe? (Fag packet maths) - the club is going to be worth at least double this now

I’ve always been of the opinion that buying the stadium was the last thing to achieve prior to selling up.

he may gamble and wait to see what happens at the end of this season to see what league we’re in but I don’t think king is here in 2 years

It does remove that element of uncertainty. It will be interesting to see if King can get a profitable tune out of it. He’s got the most footfall it has ever had through it to help.

A good weekend after last night's result. We move on. Azeez went off injured for Millwall, he will be a massive loss for them.

Bristol city took a big hit to their GD.

Lets go and get the 3 points against Sheffield Utd!

We weren’t too worried about B.C.‘S goal difference.

Yeah, we have players like KKH (4m), Woolf (4m), simms (3.5m) and when Rudonis back probably either Mason Clark (4.5m) or BTA (2.5m) all on the bench. Throw in players like Eccles and Lati with plenty of championship experience and a couple of young kids coming through and I think the squad stuff is overdone

We’re probably a couple light but a lot of clubs at our level would love to have those players available off the bench and sure a fair few would have them in their first team
We’ve had benches that would beat most championship teams more than once this season.
