Ah yeah, takes me back to the heady days of my honeymoon. There's fuck all wrong with 3 minutes mate!
Luckily enough, I had only booked the hotel room for half an hour, so job's a good un.
Win win.

Bakayoko may have been a donkey but he was our donkey. He was with us when we didn't have a pot to piss in and helped us to where we are now.
Some people seem to have forgotten how bad things got. If a player was worth a quid we sold them for 50p so we could buy a light bulb. Those without the ability but gave 100% are just as important as those who grew with us on our climb back up the football league.
When you 'help' an old lady across the street you aren't catapulting her are you ffs
Point is he is a good bloke who scored a few important goals and contributed his bit to our rise from obscurity to where we are now
For BTA and Simms, last season was v much an anomaly in terms of their goal scoring. If you take 1 bad season, that can be forgiven so long they come back good the next season.and 10 goals for Baggies the season before. He's proven.

In the summer, despite the v many repetitive calls, we never needed to sign a striker.
Realistically. 8-10 goals is a decent haul for any Championship player. It’s not groundbreaking, but solid. They weren’t really anomalies. Thomas-Asante had a pretty average record even at Salford. Simms has really only had one other season to judge on
I actually thought Bakayoko in the end, turned into a useful League 1 playerBakayoko may have been a donkey but he was our donkey. He was with us when we didn't have a pot to piss in and helped us to where we are now.

Have we seen an improvement in a player like this ever?
Both of the above.Good coaching? Confidence?
And a genuine good egg to boot!He is now scoring all types of goals, he's looking like the real deal
Good coaching? Confidence? Great to see though.
And that 2nd assist from Simms was superb!
Gyokeres the season he joined us properly compared to his loan stint?Have we seen an improvement in a player like this ever?
Gyok on loan to gyok perm I would sayHave we seen an improvement in a player like this ever?

He’s unstoppable at the moment. Wouldn’t drop him at all and completely different player from last season. He’s made me, and many others, look a fool.
We’re the sort of clubs players are begging to join now. Quality football, top of the league and top class training that improves you as a player.
He missed a great chance just before his left foot volley onto the barHis finishing and end product prior to his recent run of form was also criticised when he was at West Brom.
Just looks full of confidence and playing without fear.
He's not the only one who does it, look at Haji's goal at Sheff Wed where there were 3 of them to put the ball in & last night Simms was already moving in as BTA took a shot in 2nd half.He does something that all forwards know they should do, but many don’t…he always follows up on shots in the hope that the keeper spills it or there will be a deflection his way.
Last night, away at Derby and I’m sure there’s one or two others this season like that.

Yes that was good goal. As he either scores tap ins ( 1 yard out) thinks he's about 3/4 of them or worldys. The huge plus point tonight is his second finish. Really easy to mess that up with so much time. Sign of a good forward - which he is. The volley would have been cherry on the cake time. Swapped wings, plays loads of games, covers the whole front three. Very important player in this squad.
