Teams will be shit scared of us going forward, nice to see a few clean sheets too.
The one I want is a heavy win at Wrexham because it’ll be all about them on sky!!

Does feel like the international break can really put a spanner in the works at times with regards to teams in good/poor form.
I vaguely recall in the past we've been in terrible form going into the break, and then a great run of games afterwards (and vice versa).

I think we are a different beast now. This is our year

This is the second international break this season and we're still unbeaten . 🤔

Just read that we are the first team in league history (since 1888) to win successive games, in order, 3-0, 4-0 and 5-0.
(Near miss: Notts Co won 4-0, 3-0, 5-0 in Oct 1930)

If all the games go with form and who has the best players it's 6 wins, but it's football and anything can happen. All we have to do is think as far back as Norwich.

Not too worried about games being away after our last 2 games. Millwall are at a similar level as Stoke and would have been in 2nd if they had beat us yet we won 0-4.

Portsmouth could be the hardest game out of them but don't see us losing to them. Decent defence but don't score enough. They will sit back and let us come at them. They don't have much choice 😂

Would love to stuff Wrexham. Two big away wins against the pretenders that have spent a lot of money being shown the way by a proper football club.

Despite their league position I see the Sheff Utd game as the trickiest, styles make matches and we had no reply to theirs last season.

their team isn't anywhere near as good as it was last season and we play differently this season

last season was a lot slower and sideways and this season we are very vertical at times, unlike last season if we can't pass through a team we are happy to go long and over them

We just have to play the emotions on the day, maybe, each week?

I agree, I just see them as being in a false position.

Potentially, but then I think it's handy in many respects given the schedule of games to date the injuries.

Blackburn (H)
Pompey (A)
Watford (H)
Wrexham (A)
Sheffield United (H)
Stoke (A)

I do think the unbeaten run goes in this block, some tough away games, but feel we will get all 3 wins from the home games

Pompey and Stoke are difficult places to go

Why is Pompey a difficult place to go (Unless you mean road works or something)

They fluked a lucky 1-0 win over Middlesbrough on Saturday due to a goalkeeping error, otherwise they'd be down around 18th in the league.

They are very much like Millwall, mid table fodder that we should be looking to turn over if we want to get out of this League.

Beaten both Boro and Preston at home so far (both would be unbeaten otherwise)

None of the top 3 won at Fratton Park last season (Leeds lost, Burnley/Sheff U drew)

Clearly step it up against top opposition at home. Think they're the definition of tough place to go

Different kettle of fish this season. Sold their best players and replaced them with players with only League 1 experience. 8 defeats from 9 games. 3 goals for 16 against 😂

Middlesbrough only had 1 shot on target.

Millwall would have been in 2nd if they beat us at home.

Borough had 62% possession and nearly double the XG (if you believe in that nonsense)
Millwall didn't beat us though did they, they actually got battered by us because we were wayyy better.

An XG of 0.78 from 62% possession 😂

If course Millwall didn't beat us. That's my point. They had to play us like other teams near the top of the table have to. If they had beat us they would have been in 2nd yet you called them mid table dross. They then beat WBA 3-0 who are also supposed to be promotion contenders and would have been in 3rd if they beat Millwall.

Yet when we play WBA it will be described as a very difficult game 🤔

You do realise that if you apply your own logic, then if Millwall had lost to WBA on Saturday (which was predicted) they'd of been in the bottom half.

Which absolutely proves my point that they are nothing but mid table fodder.

Only by those pussies too frightened to believe, and buy into what Lampard is achieving here.

Tbf we do have more than our share of negative fans who want to make excuses for failure and accept that failure before its even happened.

Will we win every game? Of course not, but we can go into every game believing we WILL win, rather than we might win, and a draw ain't too bad.

Look at Leeds last season, their fans didn't worry a fuck about us when they came to the CBS, the expectation of another 3 points flowed from the away end, and it was all too easy.

And at their place they played us off the park!

That's what belief and positivity can achieve.

Our team now is playing football on a par with the Leeds team of last season, in fact we are out scoring them compared to their start. So why is it so difficult for some fans to dream???

Clearly Frank is using the Leeds "way"
