A very good away performance. I have to disagree with those saying not a very good performance. We were playing away. Let them come at us then hit on the break. It's difficult to score when the other side puts a whole bus station in the way of their goals but we have the players and capability to hit anyone on the break. Even though they had most of the ball I was never worried. We scored more goals than they had shots on target. We deserved the goals we got with the quality of our chances.

Has this result helped anyone getting aboard the promotion juggernaut?
Who's been saying not a good performance. It's impossible to win 4-0 away and say its not a good performance. Although only 8 games in It was a champions performance

There’s levels to this. Look at who Ipswich, Sheff U, Southampton and Leicester were able to bring on yesterday. Compare that to us.

BTA is certainly surpassing expectations this season and carving out a niche tactical role. Nonetheless, it’s still a square peg in a round hole.

There’s still 38 games to go and in the long run, the quality will show for Ipswich imo. There are reasons to be sceptical of Leicester, Southampton and Sheff U (unproven/vulnerable managers).

There are plenty of examples where all it takes is one ‘crazy’ run and teams previously thought dead and buried are back in the playoff mix. Including ourselves last seasons.
I'm not going to disagree. It's still very early in the season. But other than Ipswich I predicted what would happen to the other clubs and took a lot of shite over it. Nothing I have seen has made me change my mind.

People still go on about it being a poor transfer window. We kept our best players and strengthened our defence and GK. Our squad know how each other play and what is expected of them. We have bonuses of players vastly improving with good coaching.

We've just played our last 2 games without Rudoni and EMC. We were supposed to be shite without them but scored 7 goals without reply. One was against the Hollywood side that cost more than ours. The other away to a side most would have settled for a point.

Something special is happening. When I see something that dents my confidence I will say so. As I said before tonight's game I see Sheffield Wednesday as the harder game out of the two. London wednesday night then Sheffield early kickoff Saturday against a side playing Tuesday night with two home games. Win this one and you won't be able to peel me off the ceiling.

Wonder if Rudoni out for a lot longer
We have another international break coming up. Since Rudoni was out our next game was the one i feared the most. They get an extra day's rest and also with 2 home games. We have a quick turnaround with 2 away games. Hopefully his calf injury is just minor and he will be ready after the break.

Look back. Several said we didn't play well.
Millwall did cause us problems and probably ‘deserved’ a goal. However, stats don’t lie and our xG was 3.65 from 13 shots on target, 5 on target. Millwall’s was the same, 3 on target with an xG of 1.65 with Rushworth making 2 top drawer saves.

We were v clinical, created 5 ‘big chances’ and scored 4 of them and Millwall created 0.
