Poland has shot down numerous drones in their airspace and a few airports shut.
Appeasement of Putin just emboldens him.

Surely this legitimises NATO, or at least western Europe (Trump obviously being Putin's poodle) providing a more effective air deterrence across Ukraine?

In effect, creating a no fly zone over everything east of the front lines could now be justified as self defence for Poland, and would also give the civilian population of Ukraine respite from endless attacks.

If every now and then something accidentally slipped over the front line and destroyed a Russian position on Ukrainian soil, well, like Putin will claim, mistakes happen.

Intrigued to see how the man who says 'the war would never have started under my watch' tries to explain Russia escalating and attacking another country.

Like many said early in this threadand many people denied it. Show Putin any weakness and he will try to exploit it.

Hardly a reliable source of info is it really

I wonder if he does indeed attack some NATO member states that certain people on here will still argue that he was 'provoked' into doing it.

Although I am sure this comment is going to be about as popular as - I dunno an LGBT activist visiting a mosque - the stability of the world was actually better pre Gorbachov in the Cold War days - there was a lot of sabre rattling but both ideologies in the end tolerated each other.

The world also came on the verge of nuclear war more than once and there were proxy wars all over the place.
