Great question- my first thought was actually that it was Brum during the early years of the Fairs Cup, glad I was wrong.

Here's another one:

Which ground had the highest capacity of any ground that has hosted regular football league games, and also recorded the lowest known football league attendance?

Clue- City played there twice.

Saw a video on youtube about them, game was against Luton and 425 people?
