Was looking around the stadium during WLADITT and was in awe of seeing how it looks nowadays, mostly packed week in week out. I remember looking out onto whole empty stands and rows to myself in the L2 days. Weve come a long way

Also, when we're on it as a crowd, I really wouldnt fancy it as a visiting player

From the Pink 'un :-

Well said, bodies on the line today, you had to be there to experience the game and the atmosphere, never heard Coventry like that before.

It looks amazing. Still think we've lost the edge with the atmosphere though. There's very little, if any, banter between fans. It's not as constant as it was a few years ago.

WLADITT is so special though. So proud hearing it every week. The whole match day experience is very good.

Time for Doug to stick an extra tier on.

I brought my blackburn supporting mate today who hasn't been for a few years. After wladitt, he actually said to me "im not used to this, I feel a bit overwhelmed" 😅

It's great that it's full and I love the atmosphere, but to say opposition players wouldn't like it, I don't think we're anything like intimidating. Not close enough to the pitch or nasty enough. We're loud when attacking and get behind our team.

Shocked we haven't heard 'Where we you when you were shit?'. I'm near certain will hear it against the Brummy lot.
We’ve got a fickle fan base really. Sheff Wed sang ‘where were you when you were shit’ last season and well within their rights to do this considering the support they get. I hope it lasts at the CBS, time will tell but our support is nothing special.

Fully agree. Even with the refereeing and dark arts today, it didn't feel as nasty as you'd expect.

Didn't think I'd ever see the day we'd be pretty much full week in week out. There were times when you could have about 10 rows to yourself!

Think we've heard the end of the 'you can't generate an atmosphere in a modern stadium' line.
Or ‘this grounds too big for you’

Thought we won on pens

I must be thinking of a different midweek shit game vs Burton during the SISU years where the atmosphere was crap.

I used to plan work trips around the UK midweek so I could see Cov. A lot of dreadful games in those years and one vs Burton was one of them!
