Woolfenden is an excellent signing. Gutted to see him leave, but with O’Shea getting the captaincy he was going to struggle to get minutes and it’s hard to keep backup CBs happy.

He reads the game very well and his progressive passing is great so I can see why Lampard likes him. Negatives are that he’s not very vocal for a defender and can occasionally get done for pace.

No idea on the fee but I imagine you’ll get a good deal given that he’s asked to leave and we won’t play hardball and stand in his way. Market value is probably 5m but I reckon it’ll be around 3m with some add-ons. That’s just guess work not insider information though.

The move is understandable in the circumstances but it’s a sale that could age badly for us!

Im hearing from a lot of your fans he’s part of the old guard you could to with right now in your team to get things going again?

I'll be honest cant see us going for another defender now.

I do like the idea of that lad from Bodo though.

The good Rak Sakyi on loan for the wings and a big CM and that woulda ctually be OK

Are we even after the good Rak Sakyi or was that some twitter account getting confused?

The winger Rak Sakyi would be class. The centre mid Rak Sakyi would be a massive risk to be honest
why? he would be back up

that is where he is at the moment, he'll be getting experience around mens football and Grimes hardly misses any time while still being great

He is highly rated. My mate who supports Chelsea says he can play different roles in midfield and would be good signing for us. Lets not pass opinion off as fact that one brother is good and the other is not
You are literally doing that by taking your mates word for granted

I don't mind a loan in CM while we look at other positions and then maybe have another look at CM in Jan. The offer for Sheaf was too good to turn down.
