EMC motm, their right back couldn't get close to him, Torp had a great game too. Everyone else was much of a muchness.

Torp excellent. EMC a handful but never looks in control.

MvE poor defensively but two assists, one of them a superb one.

Rushworth and Thomas very dodgy.

That was such a strange game of football, and Derby were very poor indeed; it's hard to be too critical after scoring 5 away from home, but a lot of that was very worrying.

Overall a really really odd game.

A couple of peaches in the Torp and EMC goal, good work by EMC to win the penalty.

Defensive frailties and mistakes still there. Thought all 3 goals could have been avoided.
We clearly need another CB, but will it cut conceding so many out? Not sure, Lampard clearly likes playing high risk high reward footbal, lots of 2v2's against a team that didnt necessarily have much quality attacking wise.

Created a lot of chances, but they didnt low block like expected and actually tried to go toe to toe with us.

It's not just the CBs tbf, if Brau is any good that'll make a huge difference as the LB position is pure wank. MvE had one of his off days defensively on the other side too.

Good performance from Torp , EMC largely impressive .
Attacking wise occasionally looked excellent , occasionally not.
Can't argue with 5 goals and a win.
Defensively inept and must be improved.

He's neat, tidy in possession but gets woefully exposed.

I would hope Brau would be getting blooded in fairly soon. It was a weakness last year.

The confusing parts is MVE/KKH situation and LB. We have 3 LBs!

I do wonder if we will at times go to a back 5, play MVE as a RCB and Bidwell as LCB.
