Also kidnap and strangulation.

Hopefully the girl is getting the help she needs so it hasn't ruined her life.

I didn't realise that they were being housed in Nuneaton. It makes you wonder.

When will the government wake up, you can't have hundreds of thousands of single men from different cultures land on our shores and not expect this to happen. Enough is enough it has to stop and be sent back. I see Greece now have had enough too and their government are turning them away

If the Mail’s reporting is accurate then it’s completely insane and there will need to be repercussions both for the authorities who let these ‘asylum seekers’ in, and for some migrants more generally.

It is in no-one’s interests for people who are clearly unvetted to be strolling around freely within days of their arrival, there needs to be a proper system in place because the current asylum system in this country is knackered. And considering how comparatively few asylum seekers we take in, that’s shameful.

The owner of the home they are being housed in "sickened to the stomach" until they get the next payment through.
Why? Is every migrant a child rapist?

What if they refused to house an immigrant but the native person they got instead turned out to be the next Ian Brady/Fred West/Ian Huntley? Would they be allowed to be 'sickened to the stomach' then, or would that only last until their next payment too?

Are you trying to miss purposely?

I didn't say every migrate is, however when you happily rent your house out to as many unvetted blokes as possible from completely different cultures in a residential area then don't really give it the "I'm sickened" when something happens.

Let's be honest, culture is completely different in terms of women's rights, gender mixing, age of consent etc and you have blokes planted into the middle of residential areas where women and girls walkaround freely? Some will have grown up with things as the "norm" which would blow our minds and we (the UK) have no clue about their past.

I'm not saying it's every migrant but feel free to crack on with the whataboutery to get away from the actual point.

I assume the point is now the likes of Huntley would have been vetted as you’d know his past crimes. It’s impossible to do that with migrants seeking asylum

Because our culture brings up hardcore feminists like the Tate's. There's still plenty of native guys who see women as second class citizens at best, there to fulfil the whim of men at worst, and they're not vetted and are in the middle of residential areas. Just look at some of the comments in the Bonnie Blue thread.

There are areas around the world, especially in SE Asia, that have the same thinking towards us. A small number of white guys go over there and abuse kids but it's seen as an epidemic by the native population and we must all be like that and the culture we're from. And who can blame them when you see some of the highly sexualised clothing designed for young girls, or fetishes around women dressing as schoolgirls etc. It's not an accurate representation of us at all but it's very easy to look at it and come to that conclusion if you want to.

It's almost like you're trying your hardest to deflect from it.

Nobody has said white people or Brits don't abuse kids.

You should offer out your spare room. I can only assume that a hotel / HMO hasn't been taken over by you or you haven't experienced one.

we have enough sickos in this country already without needing more who contribute nothing to our society or country

the biggest gripe for me is the police again trying to cover up these hideous acts

someone near me got done for being a pedo, his house got smashed up and rightly so

difference now if anyone says anything about illegal immigrants being pedos we get locked up or get called racist by the left

how you bring Tate and Bonnie blue into this discussion is somewhat absurd

Appalling if true. Someone did tell me that Sunny Nunny has its own hotel full of ‘desperate’ refugees now. The fucktards in charge of this country for the last 25 years are all responsible. The left wing lunatics who don’t think our ridiculously over generous welfare system isn’t to blame are living in cloud cuckoo land. Socialism can only really work if there are boundaries. The tax payers of the UK cannot possibly support all the worlds waifs and strays. The selfish Tory bastards were no better either.

There's no doubt the uk has been badly let down by its political governors, both sides of the house are not fit for purpose, you only need to look at both front benches to see just how desperate things are.

it’s very obvious you have no idea what living in an area where migrants occupy hotels is like for residents

I am aware of what people in Allesley are thinking of those housed in the hotel around there. And I have no doubt it's not pleasant and there are problems from it. But I do say just a few posts up that I think it would be fine for people to be held securely until they have been properly processed, and also the harsh penalties that should be in place for those that commit crimes.

And when they go to prison for the multitude of crimes being committed…can you remind me who the fuck is paying for their incarceration ?🤔

They are not though.

The Allesley Hotel is now closed thank god. It became a hell hole of people with drugs and intimidation of residents. The local pub was taken over virtually by people blatantly drinking booze they bought in and selling drugs. Addicts hanging out the Harvester there and begging for cash.

The local shop was robbed every day as was the next nearest one in the Allesley Green estate

The Coventry Hill remains. Junk thrown everywhere- people wandering around drunk and high and intimidating people.

It’s more than not pleasant and they shouldn’t be there

I live about a mile and a half from a hotel housing asylum seekers and there has been absolutely zero trouble at all. Don't see them out very often tbf, but they're occasionally wondering around (no idea where they're actually going as there isn't much around other than a petrol station).

Not saying there isn't trouble around other hotels, because clearly there is.

How convenient -which hotel is it?

I don't care if you think it's a lie and I don't care where you live. You're obsessed with my personal life so I'm not telling you where I live.

I doubt you live in the “hotel”?

Then again

There's no need to "process" any individual who has arrived here outside of the proper channels.
Deportation is what is required.

There's no need for any person to pay up to £5000 to people traffickers to then hike right across europe, and then risk their lives to cross the busiest shipping lane in the world, to enter the UK illegally.

When they can just pay £200 for a single flight ticket to Heathrow and present themselves at immigration and claim asylum.

If they dont have a passport then apply for one, if they dont qualify for a visa, its probably because they shouldn't be here.

But its worth pointing out that illegal migration isnt the only problem as it represents less than 10% of all migrants.
The problem is that ALL migration is far too high and needs to be addressed.
The countries infrastructure and economy simply can't cope.

What do you consider the proper process for claiming asylum? Or do you just think we should take zero asylum seekers?
The proper process is to arrive at a designated port, and present yourself at immigration, and claim asylum.
How difficult is that?

We have always accepted asylum seekers where their case was given due consideration and been deemed as being genuine.

Look at all the Ukrainian refugees for example.

The numbers have to be manageable though, we can't just have open borders and welcome the entire world to come.

For example, the same people defending the migrant numbers will be out on the streets when the NHS stops, and the state pension stops, and their benefits stop.
Just look at the labour backbenchers revolting over the welfare reform bill.
Where do they think the money is coming from to house all these refugees?

I do also think the police trying to stop revealing the nationality of the alleged criminals isn’t helpful - it always backfires

Good idea, maybe we should implement that. To all intents and purposes the UK has closed all safe and legal routes for asylum seekers hence the explosion in the number of people in small boats. They haven't all decided it's good fun to pay and risk their lives rather than pop over on the ferry from Calais.

You're actually proving your own point with Ukraine, we put a process in place for people from Ukraine to enter the UK safely and legally. Where are the similar routes for people from Afghanistan, Eritrea, Syria, Iran, Iraq etc. Or are you suggesting we pick and choose which countries we will accept people from?

You need to accept that the NHS, pension etc are not going to crease because of immigrants. If that is your concern then you're being successfully distracted from the actual problem.

Personally I don't see this as a partisan issue. Neither party has a solution and neither party seems to want to have a serious debate. They just want to scream slogans like stop the boats and other performative nonsense.
