Yeah I get that worry. He’s quick though and good with his ball to feet.
Pitched Ben Davies from Rangers as another option but that would be in essence lost funds
NonsenseBTA is a much better player than Simms and it's barely a debate.
BTA was played out of position most of the time and tactics didn't suit him .
He had one or two decent games last season. Luton at home he was decent. He was also decent as part of two up front alongside BTA.I don't think BTA is capable of the performances Simms put in against Wolves and Man Utd, but that just makes Simms even more frustrating tbh. He had his moments first season, last season he was fucking hopeless.
Haha you included games from season before.Of course it is. You rattled off performances from this season, so did i.
Read that in an Australian accent. Would have been even better if you'd added "mate" at the end.Yeah nah, not happening.

I meant awayHaha you included games from season before.
Taking out the top two, like you said, you included Sheff Weds at home??? He was rated the worst player on the entire pitch, in a game we lost.
Yes, several. For instance, Boro at home off the bench - that ball is coming straight back at us if Simms was still on, as it had been the majority of that second half.
Please don’t get me wrong, I’m not calling for BTA to be starting up front for us. But as a backup, he’s proven he can make an impact of the bench.
Blackburn at home - second goal to Haji came from BTA pressing. Simms would never. The goal he scored there’s absolute no chance Simms finishes that chance.List the several please.
That would be one hell of a statement.I'm sure that guy is the Coventry King
HAHAHA One of his benefits is that he presses. Incredible! We may as well get Lassie up front then.Blackburn at home - second goal to Haji came from BTA pressing. Simms would never. The goal he scored there’s absolute no chance Simms finishes that chance.
Swansea away - again no chance he hits the target let alone scores.
Bristol City at home - again please watch this and tell me Simms could do that.
Boro at home - as mentioned.
In addition to the ‘stats’ re his goals, he actually offers work rate, will press etc. Offers so much more.
Hope it doesn't turn out to be a bum deal if we get him.may have been said elsewhere, can’t be arsed to check… we are apparently monitoring Anus Zaroury as he might be leaving Lens
You may have, but the point still stands. Simms is terrible, BTA not great but better.I meant away
RIddle me this then Sherlock. How many goals did BTA get last year, how many did Simms get?You may have, but the point still stands. Simms is terrible, BTA not great but better.
As a backup, who would you rather come off the bench? It’s good to see FL follows the majority’s way of thinking as the PO’s was a clear indication of where Simms is in the pecking order.
What benefits does Simms bring then? Because he doesn’t even do that.HAHAHA One of his benefits is that he presses. Incredible! We may as well get Lassie up front then.
Binks has started following Brøndby on instagram apparently
Simms 6 goals in the league last year, BTA 4!What benefits does Simms bring then? Because he doesn’t even do that.
Can’t head, can’t hold up, can’t link play. But he scored 6 goals against Rotherham and Maidstone.

Riddle me this then, how many minutes per goal? How many games was BTA shoved out wide?RIddle me this then Sherlock. How many goals did BTA get last year, how many did Simms get?
Wouldn’t mind comparisons of that to Kitching and Thomas’ stats at BarnsleyI've never seen Pye play but his stats are class. Nixon said Blackburn interested but Stockport want £3m.

He's bewildering me. No doubt he's one of the posters that was happy with Wilson starting the season. Can head, can hold up. First touch can bepoor but links play better than head down and run BTA.
Hahaha look at his stats for heading duelsCan head, can hold up. First touch can bepoor but links play better than head down and run BTA.
Interesting to see how it compares to Birminghams centre backs from last season too.Wouldn’t mind comparisons of that to Kitching and Thomas’ stats at Barnsley
Maldini and Beckenbauer?Interesting to see how it compares to Birminghams centre backs from last season too.
The very same.Maldini and Beckenbauer?
