Both good in terms of the women's game , Bonmati current women's B'Dor holder

Putellas better on FIFA though 100% 😂😂

Her football IQ Must be incredibly low to shoot from that angle then.

Putellas is the best player in the world lol

What?! Whilst the angle was tight, there was obviously room for the shot. She knew what she was doing.

Putellas is a great player. Bonmati is the current Balon D'or holder though. She's arguably been the best female player in the world for the last couple of years.

I am a bit worried that Carter is playing.

It's a very bold move. If she has a bad game, the pile-on is going to be 10 times worse than it was previously.

I think it's a mistake. I fear that Spain will tear us apart down their right flank, as France did.
Yup. Her lack of pace has always been a worry, but against France it was like she was treading through treacle. She will definitely be targeted this evening, so we need to make sure she isn't left exposed.

She needs to cut out the very sloppy passes too

🤞🏻

As for a prediction.... obviously hope I am way out, but I think maybe 3-1 to Spain.

Just arrived in Salou (yesterday afternoon)
Priority today was catching the first session of Eng v Ind.
Salou is crawling with Irish and there is a big GAA final on this afternoon so knew that no pub would be showing any colonial knock up, post lunch - No problem with that.
Still went out this afternoon in the vague hope of maybe finding a very bitter Scottish Presbyterian run boozer but to no avail.
Bought a knock off Barca kit for the boy.
Bumped into a bloke wearing an England shirt, standing on a street corner (Stop it!)
Turns out he’s a Sunderland fan!
Cue very long and very amiable chat.
Thoroughly likeable fella.
Similar age to me so we naturally discussed 1977 an all that.
I threw in a bit pre 1977 with Neil Martin - Said he’d heard of him but never saw him play and was he any good?
Said I never saw him play either but knew he was only with us for a couple of seasons so we immediately went back to 1977.
Within three minutes we were rolling around on the floor swearing hatred for each the others team.
No we weren’t!
Genuinely very nice bloke and a genuine football fan.
His dilemma, as it were, was finding a place where they would show tonight’s final.
I did remind him that one of the participants was the host nation we were currently in and the Irish malarkey will have been done and dusted at least an hour before hand.
My dilemma on the other hand is which shirt I should adorn as I am arrested for causing a diplomatic hoo ha as England win the final courtesy of a ‘TKO’ owing to Spain throwing the towel in because of chronic muscle strain from too many mutually missed penalties.
Options are: HMHB ‘Achtung Bono’, A lovely Black with. grey tipped Fred or Smiths ‘Meat Is Murder’.
Let’s poll this fucker now!

Agree with all that though she is far from the only one who has been under par

Anyone else really peed off by TV broadcasters insistence that a replay of a previous incident is more important than the live play?
