If someone is so certain of something happening then why not? Made £100 for our season ticket fund at the end of last season.

Of course it proves nothing. Just like arguing that JDS will start before KKH when common sense says otherwise.
Has KKH played LB in pre season out of curiosity?

But he plays both sides.......

In 158 apps he's played 10 at left back. He's played 60 right mid. If you were to say he might get pushed up the right as competition for sakamoto then I'd agree. I think saying he will be left back is a bit of a stretch, unless we get injuries

He played LB at times last season. Out of the 3 awards Preston have he won all 3. He is good in a few positions. If we have a good RB (MVE) why wouldn't we play him on the left?

This is mental. We have 62% of us that think Wilson as 1st choice with Collins as No.2 is good enough. We know LB was a problem last season yet think someone who plays as LB won't play as LB because we already have LB's that we know are not good enough.

He filled in at LWB for a 14 game stretch last season and a handful of games throughout his career. He’s a young player who is perhaps building versatility, but more likely there was a need for him to fill in there.

Given the noise around MVE in Jan and his suspiciously timed change in representation this summer, KKH strikes me as a preemptive signing before we lose MVE.

Hamer left for Sheff U after Wimbledon in the cup and he’d supposedly told the club he wanted to leave after the playoff final. For all we know, we’ve said to MVE that if he can find a club that’ll match our valuation, we won’t stand in his way.

I fully agree. Which is why I say if MVE is still with us he will play on the right. Nobody disagrees with this. If this happens I can't see KKH being left on the bench. I can't see anything else but him playing on the left. Of course it all changes if MVE is sold. But like I said earlier there's not been much said about any interest in MVE leaving yet.

We can only guess what happens next. We don't even know what this mysterious £15m cash injection was for. We have spent about £7m more than the money that came in from the sales of Gyokeres and Hamer. Is it take on Lampard and give him and his team a little boost? Is it to cover signings until the money comes back in from later sales?

Only King knows what King is prepared to do. Nothing can be stated as fact. All we can do is work out from the present situation. The present situation is we still have MVE. MVE was distraught when his mistake cost us the playoffs. Does he want out or does he want to correct a wrong? Will anyone offer what we will accept?

Edit...

14 games last season is nearly 1/3 of the season. In this time he was easily the best player they had. This was in the Championship. If anyone can show he wasn't good at LB I will admit I'm wrong. I didn't watch their games unless when we played them. But I've seen nothing about him not being a good LB.

Quite right, that's not a fact ...

... his mistake didn't cost Coventry the playoffs.

Sorry to interrupt, something about Josh Windass just popped up on my my WhatsApp group.

Look back at the goal going in. He was in tears. Does that mean he was happy?

We? Who are you?

We lost by 1 goal. We were the best side over the 2 legs. The MVE mistake cost us a goal.

It didn't cost you the playoffs which was what you claimed.

"MVE was distraught when his mistake cost us the playoffs."

The Ballard goal cost you the playoffs.

Don’t see us offering them out, as they are both higher valued assets. That said it maybe their agents are as these days the agents don’t care about the players merely their bonus.
Turkey is an awful league now, statistically it’s rated 7 positions below the championship. It’s not really somewhere to go to further your career? Seems more of a dead end these days. The big three there will spend big but not hugely, lower end prem type fees/top championship fees. Milan seems to want to progress but don’t see that in Turkey.
Sheaf had a really poor season and was displaced by Grimes, I don’t think he was ever fit. Personally I’d like to keep him as think he will kick on again then sell him next summer if we miss out again after activating the optional 12 month extension.
We have already brought in Milan’s replacement and think if he goes we may see a second RB come in as back up.
I do think we will see Collins & Bidwell go maybe Da Silva. I’d expect Rapha to go out on loan. Feel people are being a little harsh but he needs to play.
Bassete is raw talent with huge potential hence other clubs are keeping an eye on him. If we bring someone else in again a loan would do him good in League 1.
Simms for me is an enigma, he is clearly a confidence player and a bit of an introvert. When he was scoring he looked superb, strong and quick but think when his head drops it’s a case of working hard to get him back into that position. Maybe Lampard can do that. But feels like Wright will be starting up front which is where he played in Turkey and was scoring.

Could be the Genoa Saddlebrains. Before the Kitman got a right good Douging in the Bling, I mean.
It looks so random to be false though too right?🤣 like the posters entire history before is hardly flooded with football rumours! Doesn't look like a serial time waster.

Fwiw i'd absolutely take this for Sheaf given his injury record, and use it to improve elsewhere

If both went, would give Lampard a war chest. About £18 million for them both?. Then minus £3.5 million from KKH.

Means you’d have £14.5 million to go and get a CB, CM, RW, ST (assuming Rushworth is done)
