I read somewhere that another boy was also turned away because he was dressed as a farmer.

Of course this isn't the crime of the century, but it is concerning that the country keeps producing strange stories like this. I swear the more time you spend out of the UK, the more batshit it looks to be going.

We can find strange stories that make a good headline in any country to be fair.

How do people who make decisions like this manage to feed themselves and not just throw food past their mouths? FFS.

Always found with school staff that there’s an overzealous sense of power and authority that they really shouldn’t have.

The shit has truly hit the fan.
- The school has been forced to close a day early for summer for the safety of staff/students.
- There was a planned protest outside the school for tomorrow.
- They have had to take down pictures of SLT from the website as they were being posted all over the internet and social media.
- The school has had extremist abuse through phone calls and messages (also to local primaries who are nothing to do with the school)
- Apparently a member of staff was assaulted today.

What prick is assaulting an innocent member of staff and why?

Got a link?
Go on twitter and search "Bilton"
I also live in Rugby and my boys go to Junior/Infant schools their. We have had emails from their schools saying they have been getting sent abusive and malicious messages.

Talked to my sister in law earlier, my nephews go to Bilton. Apparently they were specifically told no flags. Stinks of a set up. Sadly the school took the bait.

The girl didn’t have a flag. Neither did the farmer.

I've seen the letter sent out prior to the "Culture Day". What the girl wore was not going against anything said in the letter.

I’m curious as to what was in the speech she planned to read.
"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere", "I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal"

Where is that being reported? Jeremy Clarkson won't have helped that 🤣

well it clearly is a story not a “story”
Deflection again Grendel. Over egged by media given this is one or two individuals at a school being utter morons and that the dad completely stitched his daughter up and wanted as much fuss as possible.
Do you think that is relevant to this sad situation?.... that has now fuelled hatred and is now putting the school safety and kids at risk!
In a bizarre twist this hate fuelled response by the usual neanderthals, is more reflective of current British culture and was what the Union Jack dress was deliberately intended to drum up by the dad.
I hope the girl and other kids at the school are all OK and media move on and leave them alone now. As for the teacher and the dad they need a good talking to.

How did the dad stitch his daughter up you utter bellend, why is it wrong to celebrate Great Britain? If it was up to you you’d probably have the British and English flags banned for being racist. Didn’t realise it’s wrong to wear something with our countries flag on now
