I'd put Rudoni before Hamer. Hamer is at his peak now. Rudoni is still improving and is only 23. I wouldn't even consider swapping Rudoni for Hamer even with a few million chucked in on top. His energy levels are unreal. Effort always 100%.Probably the 3rd best signing after Vik & Gus since the return to the championship
Gonna be hard to replace in the summer if we don’t go up, his recovery pace saves us so often
Thank god he's seemingly immune to injury despite playing virtually every minute of the last two seasons.
Agree with this totally. We desperately need this sale sorted asap it seems. If Bling is going to refuse to fund any further incomings, we need to be doing all we can to get him out the door. Hope we see this done before the end of the week.
I’m worried that there is little interest in him. If that is the case, it makes the signing on Hayden very baffling.
What a waste of a signing Brau was then. Let’s hope we can get rid of one of Da Silva or Bidwell then as we will have 3 LB going to wasteHayden will play left back if we keep Van Ewijk
Hayden will play left back if we keep Van Ewijk
We won't. MVE will likely go, but if he doesn't there will be a lot more rotation than previous years.I don't get this though. Why would we sign a player who got a clean sweep of awards last season to play him out of his strongest position (in a position we have 3 others as it stands).
Hayden will play left back if we keep Van Ewijk
Possibly, it would be useful if KKH could operate as a RW occasionally away from home, as that's when Sakamoto often becomes anonymous, and KKH could give us a more solid look.Could hayden or mve not play further forward? Our right hand side could be 2 from them and sakamoto.

But I still think MVE is on his way unfortunately.

Why woul we still need another RBIn which case we'd still need another RB - I don't get the clamour to play players in a role they've not been known to play in before

I wouldn't swap for all that and O'hare chucked in as well.I'd put Rudoni before Hamer. Hamer is at his peak now. Rudoni is still improving and is only 23. I wouldn't even consider swapping Rudoni for Hamer even with a few million chucked in on top. His energy levels are unreal. Effort always 100%.
As was Hamer reallyGyokeres was obviously a better signing
As was Hamer really
I think you have under valued him given his age and contract status. We signed him as an unknown quantity for about 4m. Since then he has gone on to make a significant impact on our run to the FA cup semi finals and successful league campaigns. He is as quick as pretty much anyone and premier league clubs really value pace. 7 million is a tiny outlay these days for premiership clubs.I think we had to sign KKH before the end of June or he would have gone elsewhere. Milan will go but I think it will be for £7/8m.

Most on here said we overplayed MVE because we didn't have an adequate back up. Obviously you weren't one of them
No chanceOur best signing in the recent past 5-6 years is Rudoni.
Gyökeres says hi.Our best signing in the recent past 5-6 years is Rudoni.
KKH can play to a good level in a position of need (LB) unless and until we sell MVE, in which case he’s a ready-made replacement. It’s a smart signing.
