Yeah i thought that his finishing looks decent as wellRapha looking sharp you know!
And although he's still slender, I think he may have hit the gym a bit to cope with the league here too.Yeah i thought that his finishing looks decent as well
Hopefully he can get up to pace physically with the demands of the Championship and be competition for Tats , would save us moving into the market .Yeah i thought that his finishing looks decent as well
Noticed Dasilva doing the winger type drills. Had an idea Lampard may use him further forward at times this season
Lampard’s not looking for the normal slow start to the season…. Look at the levels of fitness he’s demanding already, lads looking dangerously sharp!
Probably because Haji wasnt partaking in that drill is my guessNoticed Dasilva doing the winger type drills. Had an idea Lampard may use him further forward at times this season
He clearly sees haji as a striker tho.Probably because Haji wasnt partaking in that drill is my guess
It was an observation and a suggestion. Are you a fortune teller? The season's not even started yet so it's not nailed on that he will be used in that way at all
But his first instinct was to play him LW in one of the biggest games of the season against a team he scored a hat-trick against as a ST, and only played him ST in the second game because rumours Haji kicked offHe clearly sees haji as a striker tho.
Very sad to see Tats and Milan openly fighting like that on the training ground, and no-one even stepping in to break them up. Suggests something very rotten in the camp, would expect one of them to be sold soon.
Players looking much fitter and sharper than last few years in preseason
I guess time will tell - if MVE or Tats leave the club in the next few weeks it will prove me right that they have had a toxic falling out
Well Mason-Clark wasnt fully fit for the first leg so had little choice tbh. As soon as he was fit Haji went to strikerBut his first instinct was to play him LW in one of the biggest games of the season against a team he scored a hat-trick against as a ST, and only played him ST in the second game because rumours Haji kicked off
Great to see Tatsu's personality in that little scrap with MVE.
Because Haji wasnt effective in the first leg and kicked up a fuss that he wanted to play Striker and he was somehow even worse in the second leg. To me Haji isnt a ST he’s a Wide forwardWell Mason-Clark wasnt fully fit for the first leg so had little choice tbh. As soon as he was fit Haji went to striker

Its because he wanted them both to start. Wright is a striker played most of his career there.Because Haji wasnt effective in the first leg and kicked up a fuss that he wanted to play Striker and he was somehow even worse in the second leg. To me Haji isnt a ST he’s a Wide forward
his best performances for us have been off the left or in a partnership up front allowing him to move out wide. He’s a wide forward / left winger. If he miraculously gets more aggressive and starts battling CBs, challenging in the air, plays like he did against Sunderland more consistently he would be perfect at ST, but he doesnt and he does the things wanted of our LW, his low crosses from the left are always dangerous, cutting in from the left he’s dangerous, looping balls in to him at the backpost he’s dangerous, he needs someone else like Simms to occupy other players to open up the space for him if he can start doing that on his own he will have a quality yearIts because he wanted them both to start. Yet lampard started him mainly as a striker...his best performances for us have been off the left or in a partnership up front allowing him to move out wide. He’s a wide forward / left winger. Saka looked quite strong tbf.Very sad to see Tats and Milan openly fighting like that on the training ground, and no-one even stepping in to break them up. Suggests something very rotten in the camp, would expect one of them to be sold soon.
He's expected to put crosses in from full back anyway, probably want us to overload better on the left like we do on the rightAre you a fortune teller? The season's not even started yet so it's not nailed on that he will be used in that way at all
