20,000 now sold so far

that was the headline this time last year

Went on sale 2 weeks earlier last year and it took 4 weeks to get to 20k. The fact that we’ve got to 17.5 k in 2 weeks is impressive.

Will be 20k by the weekend and if we don’t break the record before they go off sale on the 19th, it will be as soon as they come back on sale on the 24th.

The club is developing faster than anyone expected which is fuelling the interest in the club not only from within the city but outside media interest. Our fanbase is reacting and its creating a reputation of a big club waiting its chance to show it belongs in the highest league. I can see better sales, higher av attendances, better quality players being attracted and ultimately promotion.

The only problem i see is the climb to the top will be better than the view once there. But lets enjoy because the fans deserve to have the memories of great days.

Didn’t tickets go on sale a couple of weeks earlier last year?

I think it may be a fairer comparison once the mid month earners have been paid and the renewal deadline has passed.

If I remember correctly STs went on sale last summer in the second week of May. So at this point they'd been on sale for around a month or so comparative to around two-ish weeks ago as it stands today.

Should have known better, it came up and I posted it here without checking.
I shouldn't get so exited.

L. A. S. T, you're a very naughty boy.

If you're a ST holder and want to move seats, it seems you don't have to wait till the 19th June to move/upgrade seats if you want to. I called up the ticket office and they've moved my ST from block 23 to 19 in 5 minutes
I think that’s fine if you want to move to a seat that’s currently vacant.
But, if you are wanting to move into a seat that’s currently occupied by a ST holder (like I am) then you need to wait until they decide if they are renewing or not on the 19th.

I thought this was the case too - but my mate has moved into his Dad’s (who is not renewing) ST seat. Not sure how he persuaded them to do that!

Edit: Do you know the person who’s seat you want to move into?

No I don’t unfortunately, but for a bit of context, me, my wife and the outlaws sit in seats 3,4,5,6 of a particular row.
For the last three seasons I have asked the club if we could move to occupy seats 1,2,3,4 in the same row so that I can sit on the seat next to the gangway.

But only would I move if the current holders didn’t renew.
However, for the last three seasons, the club have given the seats I asked for to three separate sets of new ST holders!!

Not a surprise

Hi Pete

Hope you're well.
I have caught up with Danielle in the Ticket Office.
There was an issue with the processing fee not being applied to Season Tickets for a brief period. Once this was identified, the issue was rectified.
The fee should have applied to all fans and while the issue meant some supporters did not pay the fee, the Club will not seek any further payment from those fans.
Have a good weekend!

Thanks
Mark

So some families have paid a good chunk more than others. That's not a good look.
