We can’t be that serious if we’re that bothered about better off teams making it harder for us. Not denying the disadvantages but it does come across very tinpot.

But the facts are there. Teams in receipt of parachute payments are more than 3 times more likely to be promoted than those without them. The playing field is totally unbalanced.

I'm not sure about Ipswich last year or Sunderland this, but before that, since the introduction of them, only 3 clubs have ever been promoted to the Premier League without either being in receipt of parachute payments or failing FFP to do so.

But it doesn't make much difference really if its 3 or 4 teams with parachute payments

Sunderland’s squad was worth £140m according to this. They were close to a parachute club already.

If it’s a massive problem we should just not bother. The system isn’t gonna change.

You don't understand the faux rivalry with Sunderland so would rather indulge in the faux rivalry with Sheffield?!
Who are our rivals out of interest? And why?

Leicester.
And it's reciprocated in West Leicester and the towns along the M69, don't think so much in East Leicester.

Think there's a rivalry with all other West mids clubs though they've all got main rivals that aren't us.

Dunno why but I feel really down at Sunderland going up

I cant stand them, and don't care much fir Blades either. I just felt after the final whistle at the SOL last week, that it didnt matter, that Sheffield United would bulldoze whichever one of us it was

Feels like another huge missed opportunity
To be fair mate, like me you are a glass half empty person so it doesn’t surprise me you feel like that haha
