Ok. So it is done.

Their "until the end" slogan was spot on.
We'll see a lot of grief on here and social media and I don't think we'll be troubling Sunderland for a fair few years now.

Hopefully Sheffield United break up and fade a bit next season.
We won't be troubling Sunderland for a fair few years.... simply because we'll be in different leagues. They'll be coming down next season as we're going up. #Believe

We won't ever make the PL now. Sunderland now get all that money so it's just too many clubs with way more financial clout than us. Some rumours Lampard might be going as well. Sacking Robins may yet prove a disastrous decision as he was at his best against the odds and we just cannot financially compete

Why don't you just get a season ticket at Stoke?

Think there are other rumours now? Isn't that why the Rudoni stuff has started?
no, not that KI have seen. If you can show us them then great and no, the Rudi stuff was because Newcastle watched him, they watch lots of players

Wonder if they'll manage to break the record for fewest points in the Premier League? 🤔

Sky presenters "the SOL is going to be rocking next season". It wasn't rocking when they were in the driving seat of a play-off semi final, I highly doubt it'll be rocking when they're rock bottom of the league getting spanked 6-0 by Brighton

Have they forgotten just 8 years ago when Sunderland were regularly getting smacked at home in the PL in front of a booing home crowd?

Putting aside the 'banter'. I actually rathered Sunderland went up. I can't stand Chris Wilder and feel Sheff Utd are a horrible club.
Soon as Hamer went off, I put a fiver on Sunderland to win as we've all seen that story before.
I think they'll struggle to keep him over the summer as he's far too good for the championship.

It was a terrible game to watch, neither side will do well in the prem, but fair play to Sunderland.

You’re a newbie aren’t you?
Genuinely thought today from most post posted by robinsforever he's only here on the wind up. Made a comment earlier about some fans (robinsforever) wetting themselves over blades goal more than an actual city goal and was told to "stop sniffing glue". Still stand by my comment. There's been a few on here with far too high emotions over this game calling themselves "Coventry fans". Strange!

If Lampard goes King got it badly wrong. I hope I'm wrong but no smoke without fire as they say

Lets see if Lampard is here next season. Personally I'm not convinced he will be. Hope I'm wrong obviously.

Money where your mouth is.

I'm saying £100 he will be here next season.

Care to match?

Mate there is nothing positive for us Sunderland going up. Sheff Utd are way richer than we are, Sunderland if they get relegated will be as well. Attracting players is harder of we cannot compete with wages.

Who was "richer" this season

Sunderland or Sheffield United?

I never bet but I put a fiver on them too, a double with Celtic, who let me down.
