You got to feel for Moore, he ran his heart out, but will be remembered for missing a sitter in the first couple of minutes and then fave the ball away for the winner.

And poor Hamer, losing a second play off final.

Nah.

I see them more of a proper PL club than Sheff Utd, so kind of pleased for them. It’s yet another non-parachute club going up; if they can do it, so can we.

I am too. I wanted them to win. SU are such a dislikable club with Wilder in charge. They'll lose Hamer. There's no guarantee they'll be as good next year.

Such a lucky team Sunderland. Took 3 months off from Feb to May and then get gifted 2 goals by us and 1 from Kieffer Moore in the finals

This season was our big chance.

Nah.

We've only got to be one of the top 6

One extra team with parachute payments isn't going to change that

Yes, weve got a money bags, parachute team in the championship. But they dominated til 70mins until Hamer went off. Then they looked a completely different team and Sunderland from then on looked the only team to go on and win it. They WILL lose Hamer this summer without a doubt. Not because they need the money for his sale but because he will push a move. They'll be a different team next season without him.

Sheffield United will have money but the culture at the club seems a bit messy. I'm not sure they will do too well. Fans seem desperate to turn on them quickly and they couldn't even sell out a play off final. They'll need a good start.

Fair play to Sunderland. They have some good young players and a year of experience in the Prem could be the making of some of them. Not too worried about having to play Sheff United again next year 😂

Not to worried about having to play a team that finished 21 points ahead of us?
