I'd heard 10k but that seems like bollocks.

i imagine most in the central blocks would have bought them as it was only £20 per season extra with a fixed season ticket cost and a free one if we did go up - so a no brainer - not sure how many blocks that covers

The thing is, if we are selling so many general admission tickets at £37, it would be nice for him to freeze again. Our season ticket prices are about average currently aren't they?

I wonder if he'll put Cat A up to £40. That would be very high for people.

But those are often in premium areas.

The issue for us is seats are priced almost identically around the ground. Other clubs have cheaper areas.

We offer a cheap ST in an area where 2/3k fans can sit with kids but its a restricted amount .

Outside that area our tickets are not one of the cheapest

Yes, but given most adults tickets were £400, a small number were £250, then a small number with incentives were £500 and £550, the Average clearly won't have been £475. I'd be surprised if the average adult was more than £440 (and that includes the PL weighted promo)

I doubt anyone has gone into any detailed calculation, it's a tinpot, highest+lowest over 2 calculation

Unless you can’t now go for personal reasons I don’t see why all existing season tickets won’t be renewed

£450-£500 is reasonably fair considering inflation and the price freeze last season. Maybe offset that with a slight increase to the Premier League Package to £575 for new entrants to push that product to boost the coffers in the offseason.

All they've done with the average is add cheapest and most expensive then divided by 2 as if its 2 prices and 50% each. They're completely pointless and skewed.

Our are decent value, but a big increase could change that. I'd hope they know their market.

They’ve just taken the midpoint of highest and lowest. But they admit our highest isn’t comparable, I’ve no idea if our lowest is considering FZ and young adult tickets either.

I’d like it if they introduced an interest-free monthly payment option - Hull City do one (close to me) and it’s popular with folks who can’t afford to shell out everything upfront/ don’t have access to an interest-free credit card.

Think its perfectly reasonable for him to put adults up say £25, and kids £10. Only a small affordable increase, but revenue wise that would improve things

Stick the average price of a mill / balcony bar all that shit ST up by say £30 aswell

An average of £20 increase per ST, 22.5k ST holders is an extra £450,000 for basically the same thing

As it turned out this season has been nowhere near as bad as the previous one so hopefulky we see an increase.

As irritating as early KO’s can be (specifically away games), from my POV they’ve come less and less of an issue as we’ve been marching up the table.

A cynical take would be that the people claiming they’d give up the ST were more bothered about results than the irregular KO times.

The people I know people were missing loads of games due to working shifts. And this was last season when things were going well.

The average number of matchday tickets sold to home fans is only about 4500. I think an increase in ST prices is likely as matchday ticket sales can't be bringing in much over and above ST revenues. Yeah, I was suprised when I looked the other week. My lad of 7 is £25. That’s high for a one off.
