It really wasnt, like I’ve said , when your winning. It’s easy, crowd disappeared and so did the teamReally? I thought the atmosphere was great and I've been critical for large parts of the season.

It really wasn’t, went flat, I’ve been there. For every game. And it was quietIt was standard for the cagey first half but it was excellent in the second.
Not sure where you sit but it was by a mile the best it's been in the South Stand.

True and the performance was dictated by the Sunderland game plan.Atmosphere was fine.
That performance last night was nothing to do with the atmosphere
I thought the atmosphere was great and we really backed the players, right up to singing Milan’s name after the final whistle. I’m in block 16 and I don’t think I actually stopped singing. I’ve got no voice this morning. Some of those rounds of the Mason-Clarke song were so loud surely? You could see the while ground up and singing. Be interested to know where people who think it was quiet were sitting - I know 16 is the usual loud bitIt really wasn’t, went flat, I’ve been there. For every game. And it was quiet
Were you at a different game?It really wasn’t, went flat, I’ve been there. For every game. And it was quiet
Ironically, his positioning has always been shocking and was once again last night.Having Ben Wilson back in the side feels a bit like having Kelly step in at the end of 22/23. Older, calm head. Bloke seems to get what his role is beyond his position and he's getting on with it.
Lots of people outside just looked like they had the stuffing kicked out of them, deflated. Still backed the players thoughIn Block 15, and it was loud in the ground - the very quiet bit is a joke, Only dropped after their second, which was right at the end of the game, and the crowd still stayed supportive.

?They’re 2nd went in, tried to get the crowd going, looked at us like we were mental, stewards told us to sit down

Exactly, no stupid t shirts or flag waving or pieces of paper to hold up, just pure 100 % noise, everytime they sing we sing louder, hope the drummers had he's Weetabix.
never said that.
How did this go?
Not great. Not a shock, as he's not v. good.
Didn’t notts county have t shirts printed for the home leg? hence why I said stupid t shirtsHopefully he's got a team of people behind the turnstile stewards to judge if any one is wearing a 'stupid t shirt'....whatever the fuck that means. Wolf howling at a full moon? They're quite shit
Don’t get you point, drummer adds to the noise ? You don’t need all the other shitErr Yes you did.
LWere you at a different game?
It was a football game. It wasn’t flat. It was tense. The choirboys were watching the game. Nowt wrong with the atmosphere it’s normal. The goal celebration wasn’t a 96th minute kind of moment but Sunderland played a part in this didn’t they?It really wasn’t, went flat, I’ve been there. For every game. And it was quiet
Maybe with a name like Quinn you have those cauliflower ears !!It really wasnt, like I’ve said , when your winning. It’s easy, crowd disappeared and so did the team
Sorry mate, not a big fan of egg chasing,,don’t know any rugby players called Quinn, and as a valley boy you should know what a real atmosphere sounds like, it was a bit disappointing after all the build up about how good it was going to beMaybe with a name like Quinn you have those cauliflower ears !!
Don’t get me wrong it was decent, but nowhere near the Mboro level,I've not missed a home match this season either Quinny...maybe it's me that's got it wrong and too many nervous pints beforehand has clouded my judgement. But to me the noise level was exceptional second half. The family stand end & sections 24, 23 seem to me to be going solo too...well done those Cov
Agree, Middlesbrough was superb, Sunderland atmosphere was ok, but not on the same levelDon’t get me wrong it was decent, but nowhere near the Mboro level,
