I don’t know how much this is being in a bubble but every time I’ve seen Israelis speak for themselves they’ve shown themselves to be a bunch of cunts. Seems like South Africans during apartheid that you just internalise this deep hatred and racism and become an arsehole growing up in that kind of situation. A bit like how rich people end up believing they’re genetically superior to poor people because their brain has to explain how they’ve found themselves on the right side of massive inequality.

Fuck me, yes ... i was in Jerusalem a while back, and seeing the adolescent girls of the IDF wandering the streets with automatic weapons, as if on a night out, was frankly terrifying!

Yeh I've been there with work, uncomfortable and would refuse to go there in future. Think they were bombing Gaza and neighbouring countries while I was there 6 years ago but it all started on October 7th so I must be wrong!
