You fancy your chances?
I think most on here are glad we dodged Sheff Utd.
Over two legs I donāt think so, no.
Weāve lost Sykes and Pring (both wingbacks) through injury recently thatās hampered us, hence why we crawled over the finish line. But having said that, you never know. Itās just nice to be involved after years and years of mid table boredom ha!
What do you think about Sunderland? I donāt know why, I just get the feeling they will be a different beast now.
I am also not reading much into their poor form, or their poor record against us. They finished fourth for a reason. It will be hard.Over two legs I donāt think so, no.

Yeah but so did Heerenveen for van EwijkThey turned down offers from Porto in january
Dunno why but I feel like Bristol City are better equipped to take out the Blunts than us and we'll take out Blunderland because we always do.
We got a draw at their place in March and could have easily got all 3 points if it wasnāt for Cooper in goal. We played well that night! At home we were leading 1-0 until the 86th minute, Rob Dickie then gets sent off for us, they score 2 goals to win it at the death.
So you might be right, but itās going to be really tough.
Giving yet another team their first crack at the Prem would be a bit wounding. Better than losing to Wilder, Hamer, O'Hare and the Blunt army though.Would love a City Bristol final. Though would be extra annoying to lose to a āworthyā team again and have to be all magnanimous and shit. At least I can hate Sheff Utd after.

You'll be late to the party then. Some of us (me) have hated them since they were singing for SISU in league one
The best would be watching Hamer & O'Hare cry on the pitch while we sing "could have been you" after spanking them.Giving yet another team their first crack at the Prem would be a bit wounding. Better than losing to Wilder, Hamer, O'Hare and the Blunt army though.
Ive hated them since they beat us in 1998⦠9 year old me was in tears becuase I convinced myself we were winning the FA Cup that yearYou'll be late to the party then. Some of us (me) have hated them since they were singing for SISU in league one

I still canātā¦. The dislike has gone further watching them regularly play against us in the early 2000s, then the league one needle when we lost to them in the 98th minute. It took me longer to recover from that result than any other.
I think it was only when we beat Wolves last season in the quarters that I could finally let it go.
Same age!Ive hated them since they beat us in 1998⦠9 year old me was in tears becuase I convinced myself we were winning the FA Cup that year
My uncle went to high field Road to watch the beam back.. heās hated Sean Bean ever since becuase and I quote ā they showed him with his smug grin after the gameāSame age!

My step-dad was on the front of the telegraph the next day with his head in his hands. My uncle went to high field Road to watch the beam back.. heās hated Sean Bean ever since becuase and I quote ā they showed him with his smug grin after the gameā
I was crying myself to sleep after listening to it on the radio
I wasn't allowed to stay up to listen to the end so my parents wrote the end result (in sky blue crayon as if that would make it easier to accept!) and put it on my bedside table. My uncle went to high field Road to watch the beam back.. heās hated Sean Bean ever since becuase and I quote ā they showed him with his smug grin after the gameā

I couldnāt believe Dublin missed a pen eitherI wasn't allowed to stay up to listen to the end so my parents wrote the end result (in sky blue crayon as if that would make it easier to accept!) and put it on my bedside table.
I was more upset that Dublin missed out on the England squad that year bizarrelyI couldnāt believe Dublin missed a pen either
A coventry fan died in the stand at brammel Lane that night too , very sad
Yea he had a heart attackWas there and hadn't remembered that but now you mention it it rings a bell.
Happens a lot around the grounds.
Funnily enough I was arguing with someone about that last week. Along with his goals his versatility should have took him.I was more upset that Dublin missed out on the England squad that year bizarrely

Yeh I didn't enjoy Saturday much at all until the second. Don't get stressed leading up to games like that, but once it kicks off I'm a wreck. The play offs won't be an enjoyable experience for me to be honest. It's not difficult to see why it happens.
I had to tell myself to take deep breaths at one point Saturday.
Was talking to a mate post game Saturday who's slightly older than me, early 60s, and he said he was in a right state at one point.
Iām 40 now and donāt think Iāll ever get over it. Iāve hated them ever since. It took me longer to recover from that result than any other.

Felt physically sick from about 11 until the second goal went in and then had to stop myself crying oopsYeh I didn't enjoy Saturday much at all until the second.
