Doesn't matter if you capitalize it or put it in a fancy font, it still isn't a "must win".

If we lose will you finally accept the next one is must win?

Can see 1st leg being another 0-0. Sunderland parking the bus and countering to avoid conceding, in the hope they can sneak it under their own lights in the 2nd leg.

You’d have us take a deficit up there. 👍🏻 ‘The tie is won’ is even more foolish.

Please point out in my reply to you where I predicted the result if the home leg.
If you're unable to accept the possibility that we could draw or even lose the home leg and still win the tie, then there's no point continuing this exchange and you're beyond help.
"The tie is won" was my response to another poster. I'm optimistic.

Nah. ‘It’s not must win’ and ‘the tie is won’. Think we’ll stick with those.

Styles make matches and theirs really suits ours. People did wonder if Carrick would adapt his side against us yesterday, he didn’t. It’s not straightforward to suddenly get your team familiar with very different tactics just for one game.

They were probably thinking it was going to be Bristol City too, and now they have 5 days to prepare for someone else. Obviously works the other way round too.

Blunderland is the tie we all wanted, great record against them and they are out of form, 6 games and have lost 5 in a row, going on what their fans are saying is that RLB football is shite, can't score nor defend very well, the trio of Rigg/Bellingham and Neil has been poor for months with Le Bris insisting on playing Le Fee out wide instead of in the middle which doesn't suit him. So they ain't a happy bunch 😂😂😂.

It's going to be a tough game as its PO's but I'm confident we can get a good win at home to take up to theirs, our squad is very good and not forgetting we have a man in form in Rudoni , I'll be nervous of course but I think we will win, come on city! PUSB

Sunderland is who all we preferred in the PO’s let’s be honest.

They’ve got some good players and it won’t be easy, but got to make the most of this first leg at home. Take a lead up to Sunlun if we can.
They have some decent players but we have something they don't. A decent team. There's a good chance that this tie will be over after the first leg.

You’d be comfortable taking a loss up there with how bad we are away and from losing positions?

must win
Again, please quote where I said that. You're being remarkably obtuse. I made a statement of fact - we can lose the home leg and still win the tie. You refuse to acknowledge this. At no point did I say I'd be comfortable taking a loss to the SoL. I predicted that we will win the home leg and go on to win the tie. In response to your question, I'd agree that losing the home leg would leave us with perhaps too much to do.
