Or an improved contract and the opportunity to continue his football development under his idol. Real question could be How much does Frank loves us? Does he gave the proverbial "skyblue blood"?
It's their job not a hobby ,most of us will move for better conditions and wages. Nothing to do with if they " love FL". Lampard will be gone way day, I suspect if Potter gets the sack at West Ham next season they might consider Lampard.

He is going to become an unreal player. The closest I've felt to to Gyokeres and Hamer. He wants it and wants it bad.

This is how I felt yesterday. He was everywhere like Hamer would be. Did something impressive every time he had the ball. Played with more confidence than anyone else on the pitch. Just stood out so much. His improvement over the season is nuts.

They might but Frank surely wants to win more games than he loses? He has been an under the microscope manager at Everton and Chelsea, and West Ham is the sort of place where unless he is in the top half playing well his job will be on the line quite quickly!

SOME West ham fans are some of the most ridiculous people. They hounded out Moyes who had them in the top 6 quite often and won them a European cup!

He wouldn’t have come in as a top earner from relegated Huddersfield. He should be made one this summer. Pay bump for him and security around a proper fee for us. If he develops at this rate next season even £20m will look cheap.

I think Rudi and Frank are committed to our promotion ambitions next season, should we fall short this campaign.

What truly baffles me is the persistent pessimism from some supporters who fail to recognise our club's tremendous assets and strengths, one of which is the fans. This mindset seems to stem from years enduring a downward spiral that has clouded our collective judgment and dampened optimism. Our club has built exceptional foundations in the last few years with forward thinking leadership, improving infrastructure etc.
Thanks Doug.

Definitely, he was fantastic on Saturday and since the turn of the year he has 13G/A in 21 games.

It's not just the results he's getting, it's how he behaves on the pitch. He wants the ball, his head doesn't drop, doesn't hide away and isn't worried about making a mistake (like Gyokeres and Hamer).

I feel he has higher ambitions that the Championship (like Gyokeres and Hamer). So he's going to help drag us up or earn a move and us some money!

Yeah I get similar from others. Hes not well liked…tbf I really wasn’t keen to appoint him and was gutted when we sacked Robins.
I think it’s fair to say he’s won me over.

I’ll ignore the ‘Tory boy’ stuff too.
Lampard hates them too. There was a comment from Joe Cole where Lampard would cheer whenever he heard West Ham lost

EDIT: Lampard said "I remember when Joe Colefirst came to Chelsea he would turn away in disappointment if West Ham lost. I would smile. That's how deeply I felt. I wanted West Ham to lose. Now I don't even look for their results."

So refreshing to hear Frank’s interview from pitch side after the game , that Rudi stays over & they run through routines together .
He really is a major cog in our midfield & is getting better & better …..

Yeh comparisons to O'Hare are just embarrassing for Cal now. In terms of quality Hamer is a fairer comparison but I wouldn't swap. We've got a special player on our hands.
I would say we have a better professional than Hamer, doubt we’ll see Rudoni chugging kebabs outside Halicarnass in the early hours this weekend

None of our current lot really strike me as the sort to going beyond the railway bridge at the bottom of Leam to demolish a 2am kebab.
