Great night for Reform UK

Great night for Reform UK![]()

The biggest concern for Labour going forward is if all the tory voters splitting the vote end up turning up for reform in the end
Better than Labour and ConservativeIs it? They don’t seem to have done as well as expected.

Is it? They don’t seem to have done as well as expected.
9 months ago Labour won by 15,000. that’s a big big swing whether you like it or notLabour aren’t really up for this one. I’d have expected them to win by more than six votes in Runcorn if they expect to hold at a GE. Seem all fart and no poo again but we’ll see.

Labour aren’t up for it - what a load of nonsense
are you for real?
they over turned a 15k majority for an mp and took plenty of votes of Labour and not just tories. not bad for a party only created only a few years ago. if this doesn’t show you the country discontent to starmer nothing will
keep burying that head in the sand

7D political chess by Starmer at this point. They aren’t it’s a fallow year. Why do you think there’s nothing up in Coventry. You understand how local elections work right?

not a chance he doesThey aren’t it’s a fallow year. Why do you think there’s nothing up in Coventry. You understand how local elections work right?
Just counting how many gallons of snake oil he’s sold
“only created a few years ago”
Don’t supposed you’re interested in a bridge?
I voted Green here because the sitting Green councillor does a good job and makes the effort to knock on doors when it isn’t election year. You’ll be happy with the Runcorn result I imagine. Green voters doing what they do best and electing fascists. Going for the US 2024 strategy I see. A bold move Cotton.

Starmer hasn't got a chance in the next election, he might not even be leader by thennot a chance he does
Wait to he finds out that voting patterns are different in by elections to general elections
tell me where I’m wrong?
what’s that got to do with anything?
every council have seen massive reform gains and Labour losses
Labour lost a 15,000 majority in less than 9 months
if you think that’s a good night for Labour then you are delusional

My Labour MP ignores all the correspondence we have sent him and the Labour PM is busy trimming £5 off the deficit. Sleepwalking into a Reform government.
not a chance he does

No one knows what will happen in 2029 so let's cut that nonsense copium out right now.Starmer hasn't got a chance in the next election, he might not even be leader by then
The only way Labour have any chance in a general election is if he's NOT leader!Starmer hasn't got a chance in the next election, he might not even be leader by then
nonsense, see post aboveThe only way Labour have any chance in a general election is if he's NOT leader!

Its a by election you loon. Governments lose by elections mid term. I expected worse than the bum squeaker. Ever council hasn’t seen major Labour losses because Labour aren’t up in most. The last set of these elections was mostly Tory seats.
I was going to express my surprise that you think any of Nigel Farages vehicles are unique from the last one. But we know what sort of nonsense you believe so you probably do. Hope you’ve got your cash saved for NigeCoin!
Blaming the voters for not liking what’s being served is an interesting strategy. Starmer is on course to take Mrs BSB’s disability payments, why on Earth should he get our vote?Well wake up then BSB. The call is coming from inside the house. We’ve literally seen where this kind of sulking gets the left.
okay, you do realise that Reform expected to win by a much, much bigger margin? As currently unpopular as the Labour government is Reform could only win by 6 votes shows that they are nowhere being in a position to win a General Election.and?
a by election within a year not 2 or 3 years like most
Labour lost 15,000 votes in less than a year if you don’t see that as damaging how far away from the real world you live

how do you work that out?
they gained 15000 votes from Labour in the space of 9 months
You think that’s a good result for Labour?
that’s like winning 6-0 first half then losing 7-6
