Kai Yearn scores again. 10 goals in 7 games.
This is a different Stretton - his brother Mackenzie.Howley and Stretton both looked decent prospects but I'm now expecting both to be let go at the end of the season. Andrews seems to be the one who might make it but have heard very little about his loan spell.

Injured?Kai Andrews is going through a weird loan.
Gone from bossing it away at Ibrox, getting a very early call up to the Welsh squad and hasn't featured for Motherwell since. Very odd

From what I can see the only one potentially on the U18s is a lad called George Shepherd. Oscar Jorgensen will be a 1st year scholar next year. Unsure about the others.Anyone happen to know how Oscar J, Cole C, George S and Preston C are getting on? Used to be a physio at the academy and whenever I'd cover their age group I got a really good feeling about these lads and their future with the club... Must be scholars now if still around?
Where can you see info about the academy teams? From what I can see the only one potentially on the U18s is a lad called George Shepherd. Oscar Jorgensen will be a 1st year scholar next year. Unsure about the others.
Transfermarkt has a basic list of players in the U18 team. Coventry City U18 - Club profileWhere can you see info about the academy teams?
Honestly I've thought Oscar is a future club captain from the first time I saw him play when he was like 12yo. There's a core group in that age group who are really good players and CCFC fans through and through. Preston Cameron is another one and I think he was often playing up a year. Good kids all of them. Just hope they get the chance in the first team but an exciting few years for academy graduates coming upTransfermarkt has a basic list of players in the U18 team. Coventry City U18 - Club profile
Saw that Jorgensen had signed a scholar with CCFC on Instagram a while back.
What are the criteria for a Cat 1 Academy? Is it about money, as surely Brum are no different to us at present?Birmingham becoming a Cat 1 academy from next season will make it even harder for us to keep our best young players.
I make it 7 Cat 1 academies within 30 miles of Cov now.

Facilities is a big one for Cat 1 also. Not 100% sure. But from what I can find you need a £2.5m annual budget and at least 18 full time members of staff
