Surely can't run if his shoulder is fucked, I tried running in the garden earlier, pretending I'd hurt my shoulder, it was hard, I kept running in circles.
I can't run and I'm not pretending to have hurt my shoulder.

I couldn't run away from Mrs B B if I wanted to.

So I'd say I'm well and truly fucked.

You can do cardio without running…
Would be difficult just using one arm and making sure you don't jolt the injured shoulder.

I did mine about 15 years ago. Just raising my elbow was enough to make it pop back out. But total rest with my arm in a sling for about a month IIRC helped greatly.

He seems to be a natural athlete so don't think it will take long to get back to his best.

Tbf that midfield and front lIne Doesn’t look bad but your right, doubt we’ll see it,
i don't think it does, be outnumbered regularly and with the 2 more defensive midfielders is the gap between them and the strikers going to be too big?

You’d play it like we did in L2 more 4222

Whoever plays we need far better cover for Bidwell. Once Rudoni was injured and lost mobility, Bidwell was continually exposed and that continued when Rudoni went off.

Cycling, or those reclined seating indoor bike things. Just works the legs and cardio system

remember when pele dislocated his shoulder against Ze Germans, came back on and scored a worldie, maybe it’s one of those injuries 👍

Best football-related documentary ever. Knocks spots over that made-up crash they have on Amazon Prime.

True story.

Just seen him up 'stoke at7' playing badminton. Spoke to him and he said he'd been told to have a week off to completely rest, but he said he was a childhood fan of badminton and was only playing with his his strong hand and was only playing 75%. Apparently was close to qualifying for the British squad at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games, but Covid ruined it, so apparently focused completely of football ever since.
I observed him for a good 45 minutes, completely ignoring my badminton partner. The signs look good, he looks mobile, agile and seems to really love badminton.

Wembley again Ole Ole.
Whacked a shuttlecock at the lad I play,
he's a prick.

North Leics…...unfortunately
Is this your version of Greggs' paintball updates?
Can’t beat the “OHare leaving the training camp in Spain to meet up with Burnley” blag that got reported….that will go down in SBT folklore.

and play EMC and Saka central? No

Not central, more inside forward types. We defend in a 442 already, you’re just asking Haji to do a bit of work deeper off of the ball which might not work. In attack it’s the same 325 with

EMC Wright Simms Saka MvE
Sheaf Grimes
Bidwell Thomas Kitching.

I’m not saying it would definitely work but I don’t think it’s as far out as people say when you look at how we actually set up in a 4231.

FL has to get the stats that Rudi produced out of another or multiple players while he is out. Or change the system to help the team in his absence find other ways of creating and keeping us solid without the ball. He gets paid to do this which we have seen him do with Sheaf, EMC and Wright out recently.

The advantage we have is seeing the side without him playing for 45 mins. Having others back getting a full week at ryton and knowing this squad has changed systems multiple times already. Let's get 3 points move on and give Rudi time to get himself right, 3 points and no new injuries injuries tomorrow is the most important thing.
