I honestly don’t think it takes a snitch.

‘Club in good form and not a great distance away sells out’

Not rocket science to tighten things up.

Reading between the lines, it sounds like they are used to it and generally let it slide. But they've decided to stamp it out with us. Maybe the numbers were getting to large.

Its quite easy to find #24 on this thread

Not sure if that was posted after I'd had a gander. I definitely saw an Oxford fan post (where, who knows :ROFLMAO: ) that a Cov mate had told him we had bought some in the home area. Anyway, who cares. except that it's a sh*t if some have been kicked out in advance as a result of a forum post.

Yeah I’m sure @procdoc didn’t mean any harm.

I assume, as someone else has said, numbers just got too big so Oxford took action. Unlikely to be down to that post. Plus plenty on here, including me, have discussed it too

Yes that’s right. Then Prodoc went in as a “Cov fan in peace “ giving the game away.

I like him, but he's had a moment here, needs a word with himself.
Hard one to recover from that. I hope he is taking great care with his statement following the backlash or it could be curtains.

It's a shame if its true that one of our posters went on their forum to give them the heads up on our fans buying tickets in their end. Not sure what was he was hoping to achieve!

Yeah such a shame…. nick should ban Boosh for it

Only kidding hehe x

To anyone with their tickets cancelled, don't worry, one end of their ground has a fence behind it so I'm sure you'll still get a decent view if you take some sort of stool.

The Cayman Islands.
Just a heads up for people in the home end. They are checking names against tickets and cross referencing them with purchase history at Coventry City. Just had tickets cancelled 😞

Always lots of empty seats at Oxford and they wonder why they don't make a lot of money.

Genuine question:

How would we as Coventry fans feel about a whole group of Sunderland fans buying up tickets in the home end in our upcoming game against them?

Depending on results over the next couple of games, this could be an important match and could well end up being a very high attendance. Are we ok with the idea of opposition fans taking tickets away from home ones?

Any tips on parking for this one? Seems there's a big, free car park at the ground but not much else nearby being advertised? Is it a bit of a nightmare or generally fine?

Car parking at the ground, is B1 for away supporters, but the whole car park I believe, only holds 2000 ?
First come first served , but free !

Just asked and J's Sports Bar is open to both sets of fans. Though they stressed they are a family venue and want everyone to have a good time.

I've booked a table in Frankie & Benny's just incase we cant get in there. The outlets at the ground aren't good and not much else around apart from 2 hotels and a bowling alley.

Anyone done the bus from Oxford City centre to the ground, is it straightforward. I'm planning on doing this on Saturday after getting the train from Coventry

Not done it but I'd imagine a fair number of their support use it so it should be fine.
