Team a bit of a surprise with bassette on his own up front. Big game for him today. Hopefully the four in midfield will get up and support and be able to slide balls through.

As long as Torp and Rudoni don't try and play in the same areas I can see it working
The same old posters hate it when the team changes but demand changes, hate changes to formation but demand changes to formation. Hate trying something different but demand change. They wanted Robins out and they're not happy about that either.
Seems a bit negative in attack. But let’s see. Key will be playing Bassette into the channels he runs.
Although ironically we’re playing what is probably the quintessential Robins formation
Will really depend on how Bassette does. Hopefully not isolated up front while we play 9ATB. Needs players to be brave and push up and support him. He’s not Vik and won’t be able to win the battle on his own or hold up for support much.
Can’t see how this lineup is gonna work, would have preferred Simms as a lone striker. But let’s see. Super Frank incoming anyway.
Going to need very good passing into him otherwise it’s going to be pass sideways and backwards.
If it can get the best out of Torp and Rudoni it could work well, but we need to get them on the ball in dangerous areas and not have them sucked back into a flat four defending all game.
Yeah I fear we’re asking an awful lot of Bassette today. He will need to make a nuisance of himself to open up space for Rudoni and Torp, otherwise we will be quite easy for Sheff Utd to deal with.
