Will the club actually see any of the money, or will sisu line Their pockets stating that the money was theirs from the off.

Or could they surprise us and invest,

Are you saying they haven't invested in wages this season?

They have put money in each season to keep us going. Our income will have to go up a fair bit before they can take anything out. Much more than a few pies and drinks.

on the basis that they have budgeted for a £3m+ loss per TF at fans forum and the rent reduction will save a maximum of £1m I think we can assume that someone has to pick up the shortfall (SISU only candidates) or players be sold.

If we get promoted, would we in fact make a small bit of profit? (If rent is considerably reduced)

May also be why we want new rate of rent backdated from 10months?

Got to assume that TF budgeted for a successful season ....... certainly the bugeted wage bill was aimed at that ...... so in a successful year he must have also budgeted for a £3m loss ?

Wonder if he factored in bumping off AT, Harrison, and Shaw, as well as the hiring of MR and his new man?

I suppose, but if you factor the money from getting promoted, it would counter the loss, I imagine, TV money, £ from winning title/POs etc. if we assume that's what TF budgeted for.

Perhaps? :thinking about:

We have had two windfalls in terms of cups.
arsenal and totenham. This money could not have been factored into the budget.

So when they budgeted for a £3m loss, I'm taking it that wasn't based on 6 extra home games and two very lucrative trips to North London??

and how many times have we been told the losses would be x and they turn out to be x+ because some other costs have had to be accounted for ? :thinking about:

I guess we will have to wait till 2013 accounts come out to know .......... anyone seriously saying that they are expecting them to say a profit from what they know now?

i seem to rememeber in the season we played chelsea in the cup we'd budgeted for £4m loss, then lo & behold many months later it was widely announced as £9m loss,
the sisu book of creative accounting ?

How much is it worth for us to win the paint pot cup? must be worth a few quid at least. I mean a 2 legged final alone should see the Ricoh 20k i would hope . A trip to wembley would certainly help the coffers

I don't think we'll profit, but if rent was cut to say 300k and we get promoted - who knows we may break even, or NOT make a significant loss?

Thing is, it's ok to make a loss, as long there're gains to be made elsewhere e.g. TV money, and so on.

Its a balance of making a bit of money and seeing the team do well, something completely fooked up in the last 5 years! they havent jacked it in yet so must still want to make a go of it, starting with getting us back in the Championship... time will tell, dramatic rent reductions can only go to help both their own shar holders and the club as a whole.
