I’d be more in favour of a move to a team expected to challenge for L2. See if he can really build some momentum and if he’s doing well at Christmas look to move him to a L1 team for the remainder of the season.

Simms nor Wright will have breathing space if they struggle for form whereas last season, their competition was Godden - who scored 1 league goal after September.
